  Booked an appointment on 6/15 for a mobile windshield replacement to happen 6/26. Despite multiple emails, texts, and even a day-before phone call confirmation, I got a call the morning of saying they did not get the windshield in time. I would understand if I booked an appointment the earliest date available, but I did it 11 days in advance to avoid this exact situation. The person who called was understanding and great, but its the fact 11 days was not enough to "prepare". The options are wait until 6/30 or go to a shop. Taking off work to be available is not going to be compensated, so its a lose-lose here.

  Austin did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. He was in contact with me from when he was on his way to when he was finished. I have a newer escape with a very large windshield and he had no problem. Very quick and professional.

  They were fast, efficient, professional, and did an outstanding job repairing the indentation from a rock hitting my windshield. I strongly recommend them.
