  Had a stone chip on my windshield and was prepared to pay cash. The service rep advised me to make a claim with my insurance, as they will oftentimes waive the deductible. Insurance would rather pay for the repair than a new windshield. He was correct and there was no cost for me. Additionally, the repair was done with no visible sign of damage. Very professional service rep.

  I am happy and impressed with the service I received with the windshield replacement on my Bronco. They estimated two hours...it was finished in one. Everyone at this location was friendly and professional. I hope I don't need another windshield, but this is where I will come next time!

  Today, Altondra at Safelite did a great job setting up our appointment to get our cracked windshield replaced. She was so kind, helpful, and very efficient that we wanted to give her a quick shout out. We are looking forward to having our damaged windshield replaced very soon at Safelite, thanks to Altondra's wonderful assistance. She explained the details of our upcoming appointment very well and we appreciate that a lot! :) Today we got our car back and they did a wonderful job replacing the windshield...It was a quick, efficient, beautiful and immaculate job! Thanks so much and we highly recommend Safelite on Haggerty Road in Commerce Township for auto glass repair!
