  Let me revise this. Don’t take your vehicle there either. They lie and repeatedly. Given one estimate then took it back for repair and was told something completely different. Stick to dealership not these little shops with lame mechanics. It takes a minute to get the real deal You will regret it.

  Just got an oil change, tires rotated and a speed censor fixed. I had called around and Belle tire had the best pricing and the nicest people. Mustafa was super helpful and went the extra mile to give me a ride back to work since I work right down the road at Marco's Pizza. What a nice group of people and the car was done super fast. Thank again Belle Tire!

  Waited about an hour and a half after being told to bring my truck in for an inspection. Eventually I was told they were backed up, and my truck hadn’t even been moved from where I parked it. I understand shops get busy, but I really wish they had told me up front so I didn’t waste that much time waiting. This was after I was promised as well that they could take care of me

  While I was at work, my 16-year-old daughter had an issue with low tire pressure, so I sent her to the Commerce Belle Tire. The gentleman behind the counter checked her tires, filled the low one, and recalibrated the system. He took care of everything very quickly and got her on her way, and I really appreciate it! Exactly why I’m a dedicated Belle Tire customer. Thank you very much.

  1 STAR — Very Poor and Unprofessional Experience 👎🏻 I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Belle Tire. I came in one day before my appointment specifically to ask about a Road Force Balance and Tire Rotation. I explained exactly what I wanted and asked the employee to inspect my tires beforehand so there would be no surprises the next day. He inspected the tires and told me that they could perform the service, but recommended replacing all four tires. I asked him very clearly, more than once, whether they could still do the Road Force Balance and Tire Rotation without replacing the tires. He said yes. I specifically told him: “I do not need four new tires. I just want the service we discussed.” He agreed and told me to come back for my appointment the next day. I returned the following day, gave them my keys, and waited more than an hour. Then the same employee came back and told me again that I should buy four new tires. I reminded him about our conversation from the previous day. Instead of simply completing the service I had requested, he continued trying to sell me four new tires and started talking about discounts, tire plans, and opening a new credit card with no interest. I repeatedly asked a simple question: Are you going to perform the Road Force Balance and Tire Rotation that I came here for? The answer never became a clear “yes.” Ultimately, I left without receiving the service I originally requested, after wasting my time and waiting more than an hour. I was polite and respectful throughout the entire interaction, and the employee was polite as well. However, the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. If Belle Tire could not perform the service without replacing all four tires, they should have told me that before my appointment, especially after I specifically asked the day before. Instead, I was told they could do it, I came back for my appointment, waited over an hour, and then was pressured again to purchase four new tires. I do not recommend this location for Road Force Balance or Tire Rotation. If you are going there for a specific service, make sure you confirm exactly what they will actually do before wasting your time. 1 star. Very disappointing experience. 👎🏻
