  I accompanied a friend who had her car towed to the tire center upon the recommendation of AAA. She is elderly(90) and with a walker! We were there over 2 hrs with indifferent staff! Our elderly population deserve utmost respect and care! She was never offered a drink of water, coffee or any other perk! We were told they were “short staffed”! Also, no toilet tissue available. We finally had them put enough air in her tire to go to the Subaru dealership where she was treated like she should be!

  I do not know how this company is still in business. First my daughter dealt with pressure sales to replace all 4 tires when she went in for 1 by Gary. When she pushed back, and purchase a tire, they didnt even replace the tire she went in for! So she still has a bad tire. They are seriously overpriced. Tire warehouse 1000 cheaper!

  Best experience I've ever had! Facility was clean, employees had great follow through, price was fair, timing was excellent! The entire experience was top-notch.

  Horrible. Had to order a tire. No problem they tell me they’ll have it the next day. Ordered it on a Tuesday and never received a call. I called finally on Friday and they said the tire is here but no one called or apologize for not calling. I set an appointment to come in Saturday at 11. They told me it’d be about an hour and a half after two hour I saw the car sitting in the back of the building. I assumed it was done. They said it was going in for an alignment. I asked how much an alignment was. They told me $139. I said that was never mentioned to me and I wasn’t going to pay for that then when I took the car, the manager wouldn’t match the price of the tire that I replaced a little over a month ago from their store never apologized for not calling me. He said they were busy. Just absolutely horrible customer service no communication, lousy interpersonal skills and will never go back there again
