My son just took his car to have an oil change at a different facility & they couldn’t believe what your place did to his vehicle!! you did the last oil change 3 months ago, they couldn’t even get the filter bolts off above the filter even filter was too tight! Either stripped the bolts we had to have his towed to a repair facility today!! because it’s leaking above the filter to see what your place even did to it by Overtightened his Drain Plug so “stupidly tight," which they showed us either the aluminum oil pan threads may be damaged, causing a leak what your place did either crushed the washer, failing to create a seal, or it warped the valve or warped the valve cover & or pan we will see when the repair shop gets it diagnosed!!! They gave us back the filter you used w your sticker! ((We need someone there to call us we not very happy to say the least!!!))))
- BTB TMar 22, 20261.0Stopped in Friday to get a quick oil change and was in the middle of telling the tech what I needed and that I didn't need to hear all the services when another tech decides to get involved in the conversation and tell me not to speak to the other tech the way I was "now just for clarification I was born almost totally deaf" so I do talk loud when I cannot read lips or use hearing aids. I asked them to close hood and went down the road. Down the road they had techs with customer service skills and just focused on getting the job done. Because of the way I was treated at Performance Plus I will now be going else where. There are pretty much shops on every corner now.
