    Went for wheel bearing replacement, they said both sides needed to be changed and the rotors needed to be replaced also. Total charge $1000.00 plus. I said no I couldn’t get the rotors done and they said cost to replace bearings was $432.00 plus change. I told them to go ahead. When it was done, bill was $882.00 and change. I said “you told me $432.00.”He said “well that was for one side. “. I said “you didn’t tell me that.” There were other words. Mechanic was a jerk!! I paid the bill and left. I will NEVER go back to Belle Tire in Coldwater again!!

    Never again! Overtorqued the lugs cracking my wheel. Had to remove lugs with 1" impact as 1400ft lb. reverse torque Milwaukee would not touch it. I use this Milwaukee to remove semi tires and it didn't budge the lugs on my wifes GMC Terrain. Sheer idiocy from Bell Tire associate. They also tried to upsell my wife new brakes I just installed 3 months prior. Stay away.

    Had new tires & alignment done on my wife's Explorer. Dylan was extreamly helpful on getting me taken care of. They left some tire grease on one of the wheel which is annoying, but nothing to knock them down on a great experience

    After waiting for 8-10 minutes on hold to find out if they had the four trailer tires I needed, I was told that they had them in stock and would get to me just as soon as I got there. After waiting for close to 55 minutes they were kind enough to let me use their floor jacks and I removed all four tires and replaced them while two or three of employees actually just stood around and watched me. Not once did they even attempt to offer to help or assist in any way. It’s pretty pathetic when a sixty six year old man has to do the work of an employee because they are too lazy to do their own job. Would I recommend this place to anyone else? Maybe my ex-wife or my worst enemy!!!
