- TSTamara Stalder3 days ago5.0Caleb was extremely awesome to work with. Did have an issue when there but Caleb made sure to take care of it and make it right!!! Would definitely return & recommend.
- KDKim DiltsOct 16, 20261.0I had a 2:30 appointment! They didn't take mine back until 3:35! It is now 4:41 and still not done! Finally done at 4:48, he took $40 of my bill!
- TBTamara BarnesOct 14, 20264.0We came in for an alignment and was made aware of tires also needed replacing. All was taken care of and customer service was good. When we got on the vehicle everything from the glove box was in the floor so that’s the only reason for rating 4
- ANAllicia NobleOct 8, 20261.0Had an appointment at 2 and they still haven’t finished and it’s almost closing! They’re liars!
- TOThe OutsiderOct 6, 20262.0Went there for two new tires and a tire alignment. The tires ended up being more expensive than the dealership (the price did include their protection program which I think was like $60-$70 per tire). It is a pretty decent program, but kind of overpriced. However, the tire alignment was never quite right. I went back a month and a half later for them to check it again. It is still not right. Apparently, they do not have the equipment/computer to properly lineup the steering wheel with the tires when the alignment is being done. So if you’re going there for an alignment for a newer vehicle, you probably want to go to the dealership or one of the other local shops that have the equipment to do the alignment properly. I went there out of convenience, I won’t be going back to buy new tires or especially to get my car aligned again. Next time I will be going to the dealership, even though it is far less convenient, at least it will be done right.
