  June 4, 2026 I had a 9:30 appointment to quote fixing my rear door trim where my dog tried to get out the door before it was fully open. I don't know the man's name but he asked for my keys to drive it around back. 10 minutes, or less, he was back, he had installed two new clips and did not charge me. I told him that my wish is to never be back but if I'm in need of auto body work I would give him my business. Thank you Autobody USA!

  Your first response to me when i brought my car back to your shop, was that i had run over wet paint. That excuse then changed AFTER you found out I had pictures. Now you are saying that the sensors did not work prior... there was absolutely nothing wrong with them prior to YOU getting paint on them. YOU had no idea what was wrong with my car until you ran a scan when I brought my car back to you. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I took my car here after a lady hit my car in a parking lot. Somehow, they got paint on my back bumber when they were working on the front of my car. That paint made my sensors stop working. Took it back to them and they tried to say that I drove over wet paint. Mind you this happened in the beginning of March. Michigan does not tend to paint roads in the beginning of March. Not to mention i have pictures from the day of the accident and the day I got the car back. No paint before I took it to them. So now that they know I have pictures, they are changing their story with my insurance company. Now they are saying it was broke before I took it to them. They also supposedly fixed my passenger side mirror...not working either. They do not take accountability for their mistakes. If they would have just said "sorry" "we will fix it" I would have been fine. I would have left a different review. If you cant admit you messed up and take responsibility, then you should not be in business. I will post everywhere I can for people to not use your service.
