  Honest and timely work. My car had a little surprise where it shouldn't have been but these guys took care of it without a fuss, and they did it up right. The customer service is great, these guys doing the dirty work are in good spirits as far as I can tell. Even after paying a repair bill I still left smiling. Nice shop

  Went in this morning. I don't know if they just assume people don't know anything these days because common sense is an ever fleeting resource. I went in due to a vibration and suspected it could be a few things. Of course, I was right but that's neither here nor there. The fact, I was told that the tech decided to do a "free diagnostic check" even though it was 160 dollars I guess, since I had a check engine light on. Not only did I have my own diagnostic checker sitting in the center console, they told me they cleared it and that if it came back, I needed an alternator. Which is definitely not the reason, lol. Which was of course in the recommended services in my estimate. I haven't reviewed a place in a while but this was warranted. I get you guys gotta make money as a business but seriously? Now I know why I only go to my local place. I took the chance since you guys were open on a Saturday and wanted to see if it would be any kind of comparable. I was very wrong.

  I took my truck there because I had a shake in the front end, which I thought it was a tie rod or ball joint, they told me it wasn't. It was a wheel bearing paid over $800 for a single wheel bearing, and it's still shakes, I will never return there.

  Just another auto service center that doesn't stand behind their work and upsells people who don't know cars. Please don't let your young people or women take their vehicles here. They will do a complete vehicle inspection so they can upsell them on stuff they don’t really need. Like an idler arm that was replace 2 years ago, lol. And before you claim that I am not in your system as having work done, it was my grandson and I recommended you to him (my mistake). I spoke with you when the truck was up on the hoist and you still screwed him over. My bad for not bringing it there myself but I am trying to teach him responsibility. You just reinforced the idea that auto service centers can't be trusted. You fixed his exhaust by installing a new gasket and the exhaust system fell off 2 days later. You claimed it was broken in a new spot because there was a new flat spot where he hit something. That flat spot was when the exhaust fell off and hit the ground because your mechanic screwed up. You said that your mechanics need to be paid. Well, NO, not if they do shoddy work! Over a thousand dollars for an exhaust gasket and front brakes and you did not warranty anything! You are just another auto service center that does not stand behind their work.
