  Came here for an oil change and tire rotation as I have done many times before. I booked online and gave all information needed for my truck. It took them almost two hours to complete the service and charged me $150. I didn’t notice until the next day that there was nothing on the invoice stating they did a tire rotation. I returned a day or two later to ask if they had. Man at the counter said he would check with his tire gauge. Told me they had done the tire rotation, then proceeded to try and tell me I needed new tires. (The tires are a year and a half old and have tons of life left) I got a second opinion they in fact did not rotate my tires and the tread is good. In the past the service was excellent and the prices fair. New management and workers are dishonest salesmen. I will not be back

  Great place. Techs are knowledgeable and easy to work with. Great car inspection. Got me right in and took Great care of my 20 year old Impala. Thanks guys!!!

  I came to Tuffy with a weird situation I hadn't experienced before and they had availability when I needed it. Everyone was kind, professional, they had great energy despite it being 8am and when everything was repaired and finished, I walked away confident that I would come back to them when needed. I'be already told multiple people to check out Tuffy in Clio. I am so grateful for their help!

  WAY over priced went in today to get a cat back exhaust installed cause I don't have a lift Parts in the truck .. Told the guy what I had looked into his eyes could see he was high but no matter what I said he wanted to sell me another exhaust system 1.5 hours of work and tried charging me $900 dollars What's the qualifications to work there ? Have a pulse your hired Went down the road to JAWS $200 no muss no fuss I would love to speak to the owner of Mavis feel free to contact me

  I dropped my 2019 1500 chevy pickup off on 3/31/26 because I smelt a coolant leak. I was told that i had a bad water pump and it would take 3 hours to fix. On 4/1/2026 I was told they couldn't work on it because work need to be done on the shop's roof. I told them I wouldn't be able to pick it up until 4/4/2026 because I didn't get out of work till after 6pm. On 4/4 I went to get my truck, and it still wasn't done and the excuse was we don't have the tools to fix it, and they were sorry but would call me when it was done. I was called back later that day and the truck was done. When I picked up my truck I found it was low on coolant and a screwdriver was left under the hood. I took the truck back and was topped off with coolant and the tech retrieved his tool. At this point I asked to see the bad part, and he showed me the water pump was leaking at the gasket. I asked him if the water pump was even bad and he said I don't think so. He knocked $200 of the service bill. Then on 4/13/2026 I needed to drive my truck to work the first time since having it fixed. On my way only 4 miles from home the truck over heats and coolant is everywhere. Called Tuffy and was given thier towing company and told they would take care of everything. I picked the truck up on the 15th and was told the hose clamp that they removed to replace the waterpump broke. They fixed it but refused to reimburse me the $135 for the tow. I would have towed it myself if I wasn't led to believe they would have. I called customer service but haven't heard a thing. I won't return.
