  I had a flat tire 2 hours from home. No one i called could help me get the spline luggage nuts off my tire to change it. Mike from Monro tires happened to be in the autozone parking lot picking up an air filter and offered to help. He went back to the shop and returned in 10 minutes got the tire off and put on the spare. Had me follow to the garage to remove the rim from my flat tire and inflated the spare. So helpful I could not have gotten home without his help. 10 stars!

  I would not recommend calling to make an appointment here. I scheduled my appointment through their answering service, but when I arrived, I found out the appointment apparently wasn’t going to be honored. I had to work that day, so I arranged for someone else to bring a different vehicle to my appointment. After making the trip, they were told they couldn’t do the work and that the vehicle would have to be left until the next day. If I had known that ahead of time, I could have made different arrangements instead of wasting everyone’s time. I spoke with the manager, hoping they could find a solution or at least take some responsibility for the scheduling issue. Instead, I was told there was nothing he could do. I even asked what would happen if a customer’s vehicle broke down in their parking lot. The manager’s response was that he would recommend having it towed somewhere else. That answer alone told me everything I needed to know about their customer service. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them is what matters. Unfortunately, I was left feeling like my time didn’t matter and that there was no effort made to fix the problem or help the customer. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend this business.

  A bit of a wait, but it was a walk in so that's on me lol. They were very knowledgeable, didn't try to upsell me on anything, and answered all my dumb questions. Reccomended!!

  Xavier got me in right away, as I was having an issue with a flat tire. He moved quickly, and everyone in the office was polite. Would recommend to normally call to set up appointments ahead of time. Great experience!
