  Excellent work, came in with an emergency valve stem leak was almost left stranded and they helped me out and got me back on the road. Great manager, great service 10/10 recommendation.

  After blowing a tire nearly three hours from home and spending almost two hours on the side of the highway with my three girls, Xavier went above and beyond for us. Even though it was a Saturday night, he offered to stay after closing to get us new tires and back on the road after several other places had turned us away. I’m incredibly grateful for his kindness and willingness to help us. Today was a great reminder that there are still genuinely good people in this world.

  Twice in ten years I have used this place trying to get an alignment done. The first time they called me after an hour and said they can’t do it. Ten years later after I come here again for an alignment on the same truck with an appointment made in advanced. I show up and he told he that his mechanic called in today. This is a 4 bay auto shop with people in the waiting room currently getting their stuff worked on by mechanics I hope.

  I took my car in on Thursday last week for the air conditioning and they said they didn't have the part to connect it or the machine for the air conditioning for my GMC Acadia 2017. I left it there for a day and the next day I had a flat tire it looks like somebody jabbed something with a knife into my tread. They were brand new tires. 4 days later I had to take it in because it wasn't keeping air and of course I got charged a new tire and the guy said oh isn't that a coincidence we got a new tire for your car it just came in on Monday haha.

  The guys that work here are great. I haven’t had a problem since the old manager left many years ago. My alignments are always spot on and tires have been mounted/balanced properly every time. I can’t speak on anything else repair related as I only use them for tires and alignments. I will add that booking anything through the call center is a gamble especially for an alignment since the call center doesn’t actually know if/when they have an alignment person actually working. About a year ago I used the phone system to book an alignment and got scheduled for a day they didn’t have an alignment person working. So I highly do not recommend booking through the phone system. It’s not a Clio location issue but a corporate issue that needs to be sorted. It’s also crazy you spend like 10 minutes on the phone and still can’t speak to the guys that actually work at the shop.
