  Wish I could rate them a 0 star I purchased a vehicle from the dealership took it to tuffy for electrical work in the steering wheel I’ve only had my vehicle 1.5 months and tuffy had my vehicle for 2.5 weeks of me having it they had me purchase 1 part and said I would have to pay for some one to come out and program it the person couldn’t and don’t program it then they used another vehicle parts on my to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle I purchased 2 more parts picked my truck up and 2 days later it would not start I had to slow roll my truck back to them with the hood up because every time I closed the hood my truck would shut off get it to them the wires they inspected were not tight they tighten the wires that were visible and a week later my engine light is on reading a misfire I take it to them again because another licensed mechanic refused to fix it because he suspected it to be a mistake by tuffy due to the wires not being tightened Ethan said bring it back on 8/31 we will break it down for free and see what’s wrong I get it there and Bill was being rude and has no clue what I’m speaking of Ethan is on vacation and Bill calls me at 11:23 tell me it’s my engine I tell him I want them to make sure my wiring is good he say ok and not even 1.5 hours later bill sends me a inspection to look at and he’s set in stone this is my engine but it took y’all 2.5 weeks to figure out what was going on with my car going through all the wiring how could it ever have taken 1.5 for you to go through every wire to be sure y’all didn’t damage any or leave any disconnected or not tightened… I absolutely will not recommend this place to anyone I use to live by tuffy but at this point they are a bunch of scammers not to mention bill kept telling me my vehicle was being worked on I pulled up not even 5 minutes after speaking to him on the phone and my vehicle was sitting in their parking lot not being touched

  Very friendly staff. Bill, the manager explained everything in terms I understood. Work done in a timely fashion. Told me things needed now and what can wait. I liked that up front honesty. I was referred by a friend and will do the same if someone needs work on a vehicle

  First time customer who came in for a tire leak. Very welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff. They took care of me and I will be sure to keep them in mind in the future!
