Scheduling the tow over the phone was quick and easy. The driver, Rob, was friendly, efficient, and professional.

I had an excellent experience with Nick’s Towing! I scheduled a tow yesterday for 8:00 AM this morning, and they showed up right on time. I had an appointment at Chevrolet and was worried about getting there on time, but they made sure I did. The entire process was fast, smooth, and stress-free. The driver was very friendly, professional, and helpful, and the dispatcher was just as friendly and easy to work with. It’s hard to find a towing company that is actually dependable and on time, and Nick’s Towing definitely delivered. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable towing company. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier!

This is not 24 hours. Don’t be fooled. These guys are cons. I drove 34 miles to them and then they told me that they are not 24 hours. . I am very dissatisfied with their service.

I can't recall, but I think Nick's tow truck driver was named Josh or Jacob. I think it was Josh. Anyway, being an older single female, I often feel like I get ripped off from towing companies, car repair shops, and handymen. Not with Josh. He charged me $60 less than competitors for a 3-mile tow. He charged me $120 when competitors wanted to charge me $180. Not only that, but he was also polite and personable. He definitely is a stellar employee. He even showed a picture of the repair I needed to the repair shop, cutting down on diagnosis costs. Thank you, Josh! Sincerely grateful.
