  Their AI email bot worked with me to schedule an appointment. I told it the exact car and trim I was looking for. When I showed up to the dealership for the appointment they didn't seem to know who I was, nor did they have any of the trim level I wanted available to test drive. A complete waste of the 45 minute round trip to the dealership. Maybe they need to turn the AI off and instead use real people. The larger issue with the dealership was that they offered pricing to me that I accepted, took a credit application, and then two days later changed the price and pulled out the promotional finance offering. Thankfully they did not pull a credit report (that's why they get two stars instead of one). The final issue is that they didn't comply with the conditions of the Costco program. There are certain steps they are supposed to take that they didn't and certain pricing documents they are supposed to show you, but did not. We instead bought from another dealership that offered slightly better pricing, had real humans to interact with, and honored their offer.

  Claiming vehicle is not under warranty. Less then 50,000 miles on said vehicle and bought the offered warranty at time of purchase.

  I purchased a vehicle on July 2, 2026. I reached out to the Sales Manager Phil H. about my registration, and this has been a cumbersome and frustrating process. Today is Aug 27 and still no update and the temporary registration expires on the 31 of August. I have gotten nothing but a run around

  Update - took it back in for Mgr to look at it. He took it to bump shop and they took care if it. THANKS! Large scratch on passenger side rear door when I picked it up. I always park as far away from other cars as I can. Always have since I paid 45K for this beast, I'd like to keep it cherry as long as possible. I should have checked it better when I picked it up... Didn't notice it until I got home. I would suggest you inspect your vehicle when you drop it off, possibly with the service advisor and make a note of any scratches or dings. When I picked it up, I had to open the drivers door about 1/2 way so I could squeeze in - this was the closest it had ever been to another car! Needless to say, they won't admit they did it and do anything about it. BEWARE of having your vehicle serviced here!
