I want to start by saying the people at the front desk are wonderful. This review is specifically for my experience with Justin. My mom bought a brand new Honda, and there was defective wheel bearing issue at less than 20k miles. We brought the car in Friday at 9:30am. Justin told me it would be fix within 2-3 hours. I get a call around 1pm, he tells me they don't have the part, and the wheel bearing is pretty bad, but I can leave the car over the weekend. As we currently don't have other means of transportation, I asked if there were any safety risks if we were to drive the car with a defective wheel bearing. He tells us "well yes and no." That we could pick up the car, and that it's really bad but not bad enough to drive on. We decide to leave the car over the weekend to avoid any safety risks. I asked when the car would be done, he told me the part would come in on Monday and would be done within the hour (8:30-9:30). We go to pick up my moms car (around 9:55), she drives it, says it doesn't sound right. She brings it right back to the dealership by herself. Turns out, they didn't fix it, oh, and there's a chip in the windshield now. He lies straight to her face, and says I told your daughter I was going to order the part Monday, and it would come in Tuesday or Wednesday. Well, it's currently Thursday, and we haven't received a call, and he is not returning my calls. Terrible service. I was considering getting a Honda as my car recently died, but after this experience with Justin and the defective cars they are selling, I will definitely avoid this place.
