    I purchased a used van from this dealership. I had a great experience with my salesman Paul who was not pushy, was upfront on the vehicle & cost. Everything went very smooth & it was a pleasure to work with him. I would highly recommend this dealership

    Randy tried charging me 200 for a diagnostic even though it’s fully covered under warranty and I’ve only had the car for about a year I went to the dealership on van dyke instead they said it didn’t cost me anything only took a few hours to fix a simple check engine light

    Took my leased XT4 in due to the mirrors and windows locking intermittently and was told by Sara they tried to repair but it didn’t occur while they had it (even though I showed a screen shot from the dashboard stating repair window lock system) so maybe it was just a glitch, this was in 4/2026. I also told Sara I needed a loaner because i don’t feel safe driving the car and she told me it will be a while because of GM had an inventory problem. When I I said that’s not my fault and said I was going to speak to the dealership manager and call GM she got me a loaner and was not happy with me her facial expression was not professional. Also prior to this I took it in for an oil change and told Sara a message showed the front cameras were blocked and she said bring it in of course the appointment was scheduled for 3 weeks out because I needed a loaner so when I went to get my car she responded like she wasn’t aware of the conversation we had about it. Fast forward I took my car in again 5/2026 for the windows and mirrors locking intermittently again and was told initially by Pete we will TRY to find the issue I told him that’s not the right response. Then I told him I needed a loaner and he said I “was lucky” because one just came in. Why should I have to be lucky shouldn’t Cadillac have loaners for customers who are bringing their vehicle for a repair because they don’t feel safe in the vehicle Cadillac is leasing to them. Then I spoke to the service manager Jarred and he was very condescending. So then I spoke to the dealership manager Ralph and he explained what he will do and GM process in detail about repairing the issue. He was GREAT and then called me during the 3 week process to give me an update. This is my 1st new vehicle in 6 years and I bought Cadillac because it’s suppose to be top tier. I will never buy from Jim Riehl’s Friendly Cadillac ever again because their service department is horrible.

    Beware,Beware,Beware All frude there the worst service they don’t care about good customer I purchased 2 Cadillac Escalade and I purchased 5 years extra warranty and I have 150000 miles power train warranty for all Cadillac and when I send my car to check they charge me $200 and the service manager was Nasty starts yelling and being Nasty with me I went to the sales manager Ralph and he was worse nasty now I go to Suburban Cadillac just go and see how they treat you the best in town even I am in the market to Upgrade my Escalade only from Suburban Cadillac the best service it’s not the $200 hurts but the principal and the nasty service Never go back there Don’t Risk going there just visit Suburban Cadillac and see the difference between the manger’s there I have a plant friends I already told them about there services and I took them to my new dealership Suburban Cadillac in Troy
