  If you’re looking for a Cadillac, please go see Faith at Friendly Cadillac. She quoted me a great price over the phone, we went to the dealer and drove out with our Optiq that night! Faith handled everything so smoothly, she is very professional and friendly, and made the purchase fun. Only disappointment was the sales manager, who even though no one else was at the dealer that night, couldn’t be bothered to come over for 2 seconds to say hi and thank us for buying a car. Hopefully he leaves soon and Faith gets the sales manager position.

  We worked with Faith Bruck the other day to lease a 2027 optiq. She was the best sales person we have ever worked with. She was laid back and hilarious! No high pressure sales tactics! She helped us get exactly what we needed and got us in and out. She was down to earth and felt more like a friend than a sales person. I would work with her every time on deals going forward if I have the opportunity! You will not regret working with her! It was strange that the sales manager did not come speak to us once before signing or say anything to us when purchasing a car. Good thing faith was so good at her job because we didn’t need him. The sales manager did not leave a good impression, but again, Faith did all the work and she was the best!!! They should just cut out the sales manager job and give it to Faith!

  I had an outstanding experience with this dealership from start to finish. They took exceptional care of my Range Rover and made what could have been a stressful repair process completely smooth and worry-free. The entire team was professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable.   I can’t say enough great things about Friendly Jim Riehl’s Cadillac! Their service was truly above and beyond anything I could have expected. The mechanics are outstanding, the service writer was friendly and helpful, and the entire team made the experience stress-free. A special thank you to Jarred, the Service Manager, who was absolutely amazing to work with. After another previous dealership had my vehicle **seven times in just three months** without being able to fix why my check engine light kept coming on every 5-7 days, Jarred took the time to properly diagnose the issue and finally got it fixed. It’s rare to find a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication exceeded all of my expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better dealership or a better service experience.   We flew in from Panama City Beach, Florida to Clinton Township, Michigan because we wanted to purchase our new Escalade from Jim Riehl’s Friendly Cadillac, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Sterling was knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we found the perfect vehicle instead of just making a sale. His customer service was exactly what you would expect from Cadillac and a full-service dealership committed to excellence. Every detail of the delivery was handled flawlessly, and he made picking up our new 2026 Escalade feel like a special event. We then had the pleasure of driving our beautiful new Escalade all the way home to Panama City Beach, making the trip even more memorable. Even though there are Cadillac dealerships much closer to home, we gladly went out of our way because of the outstanding reputation of Jim Riehl’s Friendly Cadillac, and they exceeded every expectation.
