  I rented a car from them last week and unfortunately, did not have the best experience. I will say that I reserved the pick up for the wrong date and they were able to accommodate my mistake which is why my review is two stars instead of one. However, that's where the great service ends. I was given a sedan which was fine and able to meet my needs while my own car was in the shop. I was able to drive the car for only one afternoon. On the way back home, the oil light came on which was concerning to me. I called and was told that it had an oil change done the day before and the sensor hadn't been reset. The next day, both the oil and check engine light came on, and it overheated and would not start. I decided to wait and drive over to ask for a different car. The car did not but would not accelerate correctly and I was afraid I would get stranded. I got there and was told they had no cars to swap mine out with. I could either wait there or be put on the swap out lists. I opted for the swap out list and slowly drove home. This was the 12pm on the second day I had the car. I never got a swap out call and was unable to go anywhere because I was stuck with an unsafe car. When I return the car after my car was done, the assistant manager was apologetic and gave me one day off of the rental and a free upgrade on my next rental. I do not think that was enough as I felt like I should have only had to pay for the afternoon I could use the car and nothing else. I will never rent from this location again and I may never rent from enterprise again after this experience. If you can rent from somewhere else, that is what I recommend.

  I had a reservation scheduled for June 13, 2026. It was 7:15 am and I was getting ready to leave and wait expecting it to be busy at opening. I forget the man's name but he called to let us know there was no availability He sent us to Roseville and helped reschedule. I'm thankful he called early. We were able to make our flight in Columbus, Ohio. Thanks!

  This is specific to the location at 16 and Gratiot. I had a rental scheduled for today. My pick up time was 10am. I got there about 3pm. (I did mean to call but work was busy and time got away from me. I got there as soon as a I could.) I walked in and was barely greeted. Bother lady's heads were barely visible above their monitors. The lady on my left asked for my name while the lady on my right told me that they didn't have my car anymore. They offered zero solutions, zero friendly faces, zero apologies, zero anything. I checked my reservation and there is nothing about the pick up time being a solid. Could I have dont better? Absolutely. But the unfriendly demeanor is was met with was horrible.

  This is the second time I rent a car and get a confirmation just to find out they're sold out. Both times, I was told, at the office,that they've called me and left a message. Both times, they called while I was omw to their office.
