  Dan Pridotkas, the manager at Clinton Township, is fantastic and made it such a good experience renting from enterprise! He arranged ride pick up, and the car I needed for a week. I appreciate his professionalism and attentiveness. My suv was hit and run and he helped me greatly. Will absolutely rent from Dan again!

  The representative explained the difference between the two insurances. When returning the vehicle the sales representative was nice.

  The young man that was working at the Enterprise service that day was very professional. Very helpful but what was more remarkable is when I returned the Rent-A-Car 3 days later I had an envelope in my belongings it fell out. The young man found it while they were making sure everything was perfect. Found my envelope. Call me so I could go pick it up. Thank you Enterprise for having honest people

  I rented a car from them last week and unfortunately, did not have the best experience. I will say that I reserved the pick up for the wrong date and they were able to accommodate my mistake which is why my review is two stars instead of one. However, that's where the great service ends. I was given a sedan which was fine and able to meet my needs while my own car was in the shop. I was able to drive the car for only one afternoon. On the way back home, the oil light came on which was concerning to me. I called and was told that it had an oil change done the day before and the sensor hadn't been reset. The next day, both the oil and check engine light came on, and it overheated and would not start. I decided to wait and drive over to ask for a different car. The car did not but would not accelerate correctly and I was afraid I would get stranded. I got there and was told they had no cars to swap mine out with. I could either wait there or be put on the swap out lists. I opted for the swap out list and slowly drove home. This was the 12pm on the second day I had the car. I never got a swap out call and was unable to go anywhere because I was stuck with an unsafe car. When I return the car after my car was done, the assistant manager was apologetic and gave me one day off of the rental and a free upgrade on my next rental. I do not think that was enough as I felt like I should have only had to pay for the afternoon I could use the car and nothing else. I will never rent from this location again and I may never rent from enterprise again after this experience. If you can rent from somewhere else, that is what I recommend.
