  We cannot say enough good things about the Cummins service department in Mount Clemens. We live, work, and travel full-time in our Entegra Coach motorhome, so having a service location we can truly trust is incredibly important to us. Bob, our service writer, is outstanding. He is thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and excellent at communicating throughout the process. He kept us informed, explained things clearly, and genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind. We went out of our way to bring our motorhome to this location for service this year, and we are so glad we did. The whole team was great, and we’re grateful not only for the quality service work, but also for having a comfortable office space where we could work for the day while our coach was being serviced. We trust this location immensely and will absolutely be back.

  Very professional work done here. I had a generator installed, and while it was a very unique situation, Bob and his team did a great job. They even arranged for outside contractors to takle some of the work they were not abke to do in-house. My only complaint which costs them 1-star, timing. It took nearly twice as long to complete the job as was quoted. In the end, I am glad I went with them, and would do it again. Just make sure you are not in a rush.

  After reading the previous reviews, I was reluctant to go there! But I did anyway for a couple reasons, I could get in the next day, and after talking on the phone with there Service Depot., I felt good about giving them a try. I had to travel 60 miles from Belleville, MI. and elected to stay at a Concorde Hotel, just a mile up the road. Doors open promptly at 0700 and I was greeted by "AJ". I found the place Clean and neat with a nice waiting room facility and sparkling restroom, coffee bar and refrigerator. During my wait, I was kept continually updated as to what was going on by the service manager. The staff were all customer service oriented, and worked to get me out quickly so I could check out of my hotel by 11am and not pay an extra day. My Dodge 3500 Cummins left there purring, and a call the next day by me possibly needing some additional service was greeted with a "can do" attitude. I felt I received a good value for my service dollar, and would recommend their service facility to anyone as Top Notch
