Took it to Cox because dealer is so ridiculous, and I was hearing great things about them from a friend who has race cars. They were so awesome from first call. Quick service and job done beautifully. They even touched up a few extra spots and gave us some of the paint. I hope I dont need them in the future but they will get it if its necessary.

During the conversation I asked about something they apparently don’t offer, so once that was explained I simply said, “Never mind, thank you so much.” Instead of any type of response or even a “you’re welcome,” the person on the phone just hung up on me. It was a pretty minor interaction, but definitely not a great first impression. A simple “no problem, have a good day” goes a long way when speaking with potential customers. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and recommending others do the same. 🫶

My only complaint is the fact that they charge an extra 3% surcharge for paying for the repairs when using a credit card as they do not take personal checks. I was never told that there was a extra fee. I feel that they should let the customer know that they charge extra to take a credit card. So pay using a debit card or bring cash.
