    Your staff was friendly but I did have concerns. When leaving the bay the attendant at the next bay was doing the light and blinker check. Because I only got the $69.00 package did that not come with it? How can I get a message.saying my transmission and brakes weren't good if they didn't even check my lights or air level?

    Just left Uncle Ed’s because Autozone didn’t install my car battery correctly and my car cut off on me. Eddie helped me right away and also said it was on the house. Much appreciate to all those guys there! I highly recommend coming here. Thank you again Uncle Ed.

    Stopped by Uncle Ed's Oil Shoppe while traveling through Michigan to continue spreading awareness for my missing sister, and I couldn't have had a better experience. Kye was our technician, and was absolutely outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and somehow made an oil change feel like entertainment. The whole experience felt more like a show than a routine service appointment. One of my favorite moments was when Kye jokingly announced that "the protesters were coming out of the bay," which completely caught me off guard and had me laughing and smiling. What was supposed to be a simple stop for an oil change turned into one of the most memorable customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Good employees make all the difference, and you've definitely got a great one in Kye. If I'm back in Michigan, this is where I'll be stopping every time, simply because of the customer service alone. Great job, Uncle Ed's. And a special shoutout to Kye for making our day a little brighter. 👏🚗⭐ 2026 Chevy Trax will vroom another day! We even missed the little pond we were even told to avoid!

    Omg these guys are so nice! Literally lives up to the hype, 15 min in and out for the oil change, and even gave me a discount :') really can't recommend enough, feels like how customer service used to be which is so appreciated. Thanks again for such a nice experience 💕
