  First time customer I passed this place for 10 years well today I decided to give them a try unhappy with my old oil place these guys here are straight up professional they like their job and take it seriously and it shows double checks on everything I noticed from the minute I stepped in and nothing but pure kindness from the employees! Coupons on the app are extra bonus I mean who don’t like 15 off an oil change that’s great in today’s world! Thank you again I will be back I found my new place! 100/10

  Crew communicates what they’re doing at all times. They double check their work. They recommend services based on the vehicles maintenance schedule but aren’t pushy or salesmany if you choose not to. They will honestly let you know if something isn’t really needed, like wipers or air filters still looking good rather than trying to upsell you because the computer says to recommend it.

  I’ve used this location a number of times when I haven’t had time to change my own oil, and I’ve generally had good experiences. I do most of my own oil changes, so I’m pretty familiar with where the oil should read on the dipstick in my F-150. After this oil change, it was clearly reading above the full mark. I checked it more than once, on level ground, after running the truck and letting it sit. I brought it back in because I wanted them to take another look, but I was basically told the level was fine even though I could clearly see that it was high. They did offer to drain it and measure it, but at that point I was frustrated and just decided to handle it myself. I went home, drained the oil and measured it, and it ended up being a little over a quart overfilled. Mistakes happen, and honestly the overfill itself wouldn’t have bothered me nearly as much as how it was handled. I would have much rather had them just acknowledge it and fix it instead of telling me the dipstick was reading fine when I could clearly see that it wasn’t. Unfortunately, that whole experience makes me a lot less confident about going back.

  My go to for oil changes and the car maintenance that they can provide (filter changes, windshield wipers, etc). The manager was excellent and so thorough. Unfortunately, retired life means my car sits a lot, under trees. As a result, it’s developed a smell that I’m used to, but others aren’t. He recognized it immediately and asked if my car sat a lot. Great suggestions on how to rectify the problem which we will do. I love the convenience and the attention to detail I receive when my car is in the bay.
