  This small business is the best. I had no right rear brake or turn signal & I was leaving for up north & Terry helped me right out & I so appreciate him! Also I did have the hitch & brake controller installed a couple years ago & still works great!!!

  My initial review was critical due to a misunderstanding with the original sales person (note I have removed my initial comments because, in the end, they negatively mis-represent this business). After seeing my review online, the Howlands Manager contacted me directly, apologizing for the miscommunication and offered to make everything right with me, which they did. I did business with Howlands based on the positive reviews, and Terry stood behind their great reputation. It’s nice to see businesses do right by their customers. I fully recommend Howlands and have no hesitation doing business with them in the future!

  I am a very happy customer. Howland's is great. The folks are friendly, knowledgable and provide quality service. I took in my brand new RAM 1500 Limited to have a Base Plate installed on the front end, which allows me to tow the truck behind my RV. The installation is complex and among other things, requires removing and cutting reliefs in the bumper, drilling holes in the frame and rerouting wiring. Suffice it to say I had my concerns. I typically do this kind of work myself so I can be certain that the details meet my OCD standards and high expectations. In this case I needed to outsource the job. After a few phone calls I chose Howland's. I was satisfied with the answers to my questions, they were nearby and also recommended by the Base Plate supplier. Before work began they listened as I reviewed my concerns and assured me that their approach was the same as mine would have been. They were focused at the job at hand, payed attention to detail and completed the work in a vey reasonable amount of time at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier and will definitely use them again should the need arise. I highly recommend that you use Howland's as well.

  I could not be more happy with the service I was provided by howland's.. I had an electrical issue with my Western Snow Plow I brought it in when they opened and by early afternoon the repair was made and the truck was back in business.. they had very good communication from start to finish letting me know the status of the repair.. and they were also very fair on the cost of the repair.. this was my first time using howland's for a repair and service on my Western Plow and it definitely won't be the last I definitely highly recommend howlings for your snow plow repair needs.
