- NNNadiyaAug 3, 20261.0Picked up vehicle on Friday at 4pm, with a return on Monday. Going from Michigan to Illinois and back to Michigan. They did not check that the tags (registration) was expired on the vehicle. That same day, when I got home and realized that the tag was expired and proof of registration in the vehicle was expired, I called them and they said they would call me back. Never received a call back. Received an e-mail at 5:31pm, stating that they have the new registration but close at 6pm and if I can't make it there by 6pm, I need to wait until Monday to pick up the registration....makes perfect sense since I am returning the vehicle on Monday. Don't understand why they didn't just e-mail me a copy of the registration...well, because that would actually make sense. I called the customer service number. They were no help and a manager did not call me, even thought I was told I would be getting a call back because they "escalated" the case. As far the vehicle's condition, for approximately $400 to rent the vehicle, it was dirty inside and on the outside, was scratched up, with a crack in the windshield. I expected more from Enterprise. Save yourself a headache and money by going somewhere else.
