  The oil technician and other team members were knowledgeable and quick to get the job done. I work long hours and the last thing I wanted to do after work, during my recent visit, was wait around for an oil change. That wasn’t the case in this matter. It happened efficiently and in a time effective manner.

  It feels weird to be in love with an oil shop but here I am. This group of mechanics made me feel very welcome and had excellent communication. I live down river and now I have to come all the way out here for future oil changes.

  The quickest and friendliest Valvoline location! They always are efficient and willing to get me back on the road with full service. They always make sure to break down what my car needs attention on and how I can resolve any issues I may have. Best recommendations, best service, best crew! Thank you!

  1. They didn't honor my "new customer" coupon for an oil change even though i had clearly never been there, as evidenced by their being no service history for any car being in their system, etc. 2. They misspelled my name, and didn't even ask for my address. 3. The service 'manager' was incorrect about my mileage by tens of thousands! He put the mileage in as 46, 000 when the mileage was 4,600. (i repeated it TWICE!). Then, because i have a leased car, i wanted to have the paperwork be accurate, but "Rick" was of no help there. (the 'manager'). 4. I went though CORPORATE to get all of the mistakes fixed, HOPEFULLY! 5. I gave two stars, because i am hoping that at least the OIL CHANGE WAS CORRECT!
