  Great dealership. I purchased my 2012 Chrysler 300c at Moran. Gave me a great deal & value for my trade-in. Salesman Nate Wells was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. He was extremely patient while figuring out my insurance after hours, and he was genuinely happy to get me into my new car. If Nate is still working here, I will he coming back when my wife needs a car. Highly recommended.

  Very disappointing experience with this dealership. I feel like they waste customers’ time by advertising vehicles as available when, according to my experience, the situation is different when you actually arrive. I called about a vehicle and was told it was available. I drove to the dealership, spent time there, and even took the car for a test drive. After that, I was told, “Sorry, this car is pending sale” or that they were waiting for financing. If the vehicle is already pending or unavailable, why not clearly tell the customer before they drive all the way to the dealership? What makes it worse is that even calling ahead and confirming the vehicle is available does not seem to mean anything with this dealership. I called before making the trip, was told the vehicle was available, and still ended up being told something completely different after I arrived. I also tried to address my concerns with management, but unfortunately, I felt like no one cared and no one took responsibility for the situation. There was no real effort to explain what happened or make things right. I also noticed some vehicles appear to have their prices reduced by a large amount, and then customers are told the vehicle was suddenly sold or is no longer available. Based on my experience, this made me question how these listings are being handled. My advice: don’t waste your time with this dealership. Even calling ahead and confirming availability may not save you a wasted trip. If you’re spending your hard-earned money on a vehicle, find a dealership that respects your time, communicates honestly, and actually cares about its customers. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend wasting your time here.
