  Went here to look at a used car and the salesperson (have no idea his name because he was essentially a ghost) gave me the keys for a test drive. I discovered some issues with the car and was told "he'd look into it" and that was it. So not bad, but not great either, just a dealership.

  My husband and I had to pleasure of working with JT. He did a fantastic job staying in communication and helping throughout the process. Our car was detailed and pretty before we left lol. JT is a great addition to your team there at Moran! Good luck and thank you!

  Dominic is the best salesman I've ever had! He got me into my new (to me) car in one day. Super polite and helpful, and answered all my questions. When you come in, don't even LOOK at anyone else's desk. When our family needs another car, we'll be back for sure!

  I need to start with that TJ was absolutely amazing to work with, even with him being new, he was quick and on top of everything! Everyone else had a great sense of humor and it was just a joy. Process was very easy trading in and buying. I scored a hell of a deal. Thanks 😊

  My son bought his first vehicle from Moran Chevrolet Preowned Vehicles on 23 mile rd. on July 6, 2026. It is a certified pre-owned vehicle with limited warranty through Ally. Thank goodness for the limited warranty. Ally has been amazing to work with, Moran Chevrolet ...not so much. Within two weeks of owning this vehicle it began to leak oil and coolant. The vehicle had a cracked valve cover and needed the air conditioner compressor replaced. Ally covered the $1400 in repairs. One week later this vehicle was back in for repairs. This time it was an alternator that was failing. Ally covered $1600 of the $1835 total cost of repairs. In a span of one week my son's car had $3200 worth of repairs and he was responsible for $235 out of pocket expenses. I made multiple phone calls to Moran Chevrolet. I spoke with both the sales representative and the used car manager, neither one of them was helpful. I requested that Moran Chevrolet reimburse my son for the $235 out of pocket expenses. They refused to do so and would not admit to any wrong doings. I spoke with two other professional mechanics and both of them stated these issues should have been diagnosed and fixed on inspection before certifying the vehicle for sale. I will never return to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Update on this review… while the mechanics were replacing the alternator in my son’s vehicle they also discovered the serpentine belt was bad & needed to be replaced. Now the total out of pocket expense for my son is $308. To summarize… within a month of owning this “supposed” Certified Pre-Owned vehicle it has been in two different auto repair places for a total of 8 days to fix a cracked valve cover that was leaking oil, an air conditioner compressor that was leaking & failing , an alternator that was failing, & a serpentine belt that needed replacement. The total cost of repairs $3620.00. Ally insurance will cover most of this but my son still has out of pocket expenses of $308 & a lot of frustration. Moran Chevrolet on 23 mi rd in Chesterfield Twshp “claimed” it was inspected thoroughly to certify the car. They did not do their job, they did not take responsibility for their lack of inspection to fix any mechanical issues before selling us this lemon of a car. If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would!!!!!
