- SSSammiJun 13, 20261.0Twice in the past two months, I've gone to Belle Tire with a flat tire, and twice they have not checked for a patch and instead just replaced the tire and charged me. When I ask what caused the flat, they tell me they don't know, they just replaced it. A decade ago they would have checked for a patch and called to ask permission before replacing the tire. I will not be returning.
- ZRZebb RiggsJun 10, 20261.0Very dissatisfied with the service at Belle Tire in Chesterfield. Aside from taking 2hrs from the scheduled time to mount a set of tires. (Scheduled and I showed up half an hour early) After spending $900 on a set of tires. My car was returned with the rims absolutely filthy, tires improperly inflated, warning lights on the dash, they tried to upsell me parts that were already replaced "based on the vehicles age", and tried to sell me an alignment that their shop isn't even capable of doing. (BMW specifies weight compensated alignment, which Belle Tire does not offer) A word of advice, go anywhere else. (Ps, just realized that the valve core on the passenger side rear is leaking profusely)

I watched one "tech" try to strong arm someone into a $1,000 repair the customer had brought receipts showing the work was already done

I ask if they could possibly repair Sooner due to had son in hospital and really needed to get down to hospital but couldn't even make a exception and had made me wait over 8 hours just before closing to fix repair a quick tire repair. like literally the last car knowing how important I needed the car. It was awful . The sales person I believe name was Dino . I spent a lot of money with this corporation and I feel I was treated awful by them not making an exception on helping me and having me wait so so long knowing I had to get to the hospital for my son just to fix a quick tire repair over 8 hours last car. Next time I would take any repair to a different location then Chesterfield mi . I will be calling head quarters
