- CCCandace CritchleyAug 11, 20261.0I got my 2100 tires from them first time I ever bought from belle tire.there was no one in the place and told me it was going to be 5 hours to put a plug in a screw. ended up going to discount tire right by it and was put in 45 mins with a packed area. The customer service is always horrible no one is ever happy or willing to help. I will not be going back a third time.save your money and time everyone and go to discount tire.

- ATAlexis TeschlerJul 27, 20261.0If I could give them negative stars I would. I took my car up there and asked for a full body inspection and because the ! Symbol was on. They replaced 2 tire sensors and when I picked up the car the ! Light was still on and they did not do a full body inspection like I asked. When I called to ask why they did not do a full body inspection the guy said he didn’t know why. When I asked if replacing the tire sensors had to do with the ! Symbol the guy told me he didn’t know and that I had to bring it back up there for them to look at it. This was my second time taking the car up there to get fixed and both times they did not do what I asked. I will never be taking my car up there and I would never recommend them to anyone. On top of that they did not seem to feel bad about the inconvenience at all.

I waited 5+ hours for them to test drive my car and to tell me what it could be but they aren’t sure 😳 I was in the night before for the same problem and they guy who waited on me, was nice enough to tell me they was way behind and to bring it back this morning and I would get right in. For 5 hours I was told there’s 2 cars ahead of you! Yet I kept seeing people come and go. 🙄 Different vehicles being parked and driven into the bays, yet there’s 2 ahead of mine!! LIES!! Complete udder nonsense!! I won’t be back!! DO BETTER BELLE TIRE!!
