  Purchased a Coleman 1905RB last fall, Tim made it easy. Had my fit and finish repairs taken care of right away, minor issues. Have had two minor warranty issues done and the service department was excellent. Also had them install the Roadmaster Comfort Ride suspension system and they did a great job on that as well. Like my camper so much I started a Facebook group "Coleman 1905RB Owners".

  I STRONGLY advise going to a different dealer, this particular dealership is full of liars, they agreed to allow me to use a motorcycle as a down payment, but neglected to give me a trade value, then I told salesperson the dealer that sold me my Jeep Gladiator Mojave told me it can tow up to 5000, camping world insists it can tow 6000. I switched from a travel trailer to a toy hauler so I could take my motorcycle with me to sell it. I was not able to load the bike, which turned out to be in my best interest because despite the dealer insisting my vehicle will tow the toy hauler, it actually struggles with RPM's running high, Onle axle engaged light coming on, and transmission temp rising. I stopped at a Jeep dealer due to the lights and was told the toy hauler is a half ton trailer and should not be being towed with my midsize truck. They also advised that there is really a safety risk towing this heavy of a trailer with the smaller truck. I contacted camping world when I got home and they are willing to by it back for approximately half of what they charged me, approximately 5 months ago, for the unit, yet they have the same one about $2500 less than they charged me. Also they advertise they do not have hidden fees but they actually do have several hidden fees. This dealership does not care about the customer, safety or your vehicle, just whatever it takes to make a sale. They use high pressure sales techniques. I wish I had walked away when they started pushing me to come and sign the papers rather than buying a unit that I can not carry a "toy" or even water in my tank and my Jeep struggles. I also should add that the unit came with a back up camara and I was told to download an app on my phone which I did and can not get the camara to connect, stopped in a camping world in Georgia to see if they could help me and was told the camara is junk and tried to sell me a $600.00 one. Buyer beware check around and watch the papers you sign because they put several extra fees, as well as, do not care about your safety or the damage that could happen to your vehicle so do your research I found you can not trust these sales people and they will not hesitate to get rude with you when you bring an issue to their attention.

  I looked online to find a camping store that sells parts for my RV. Camping Worlds website for Chelsea clearly states RV parts and supplies open until 5pm. After driving 45 minutes one way I showed up at 2.15pm on a Sunday afternoon to try to purchase parts for my RV. The guy at the front desk said that his parts guy is not there today and I will just have to come back tomorrow. So if you you need parts for your RV, call first to make sure someone is available to help you before going there.

  Erin was a good salesman and the maintenance team was great as well during and after picked up my camper they get a 5 star rating especially my service manager at the counter he was knowledgeable to know my chevy truck needed an adapter in order to use the backup camera instslled.However, for the store management and financing the same cannot be said. Once I purchased and took possession of my camper the finance department or store managers have yet to return my calls or email regarding my contract and good sam membership ship. My contract states I am to receive 60 months of road side and assistance. The financing department submitted to good sam a maximum of 24 months. Good Sam states they can alter or change amything on the account as the dealership is responsible for this and this the information they were provided. Also, after purchasing my camper I called the store 3 times to inquire on my plate and registration. The receptionist who answers the phone either doesn't pass along the information or the person who handles plates. I think this store could be by served by emoloyess who actually communicate with their customers. This lack of communication is very disrespectful to people who finance thousands of dollars and putting their trust in them. ***Buyer Beware, ensure if you get a Good Sams membership through this dealer that you confirm before taking possesion of your camper that your financing paperwork is correct and matches with good sams on their portal.Also save yourself 5k by not getting camoer essentials package ive run the number on amazon everything included in the box is less than 500 if you bought water hoses. Drain hoses, 30amp and 50amp adapters also make sure they take out of your contract and make sure they remove any additional fees you dont need like we did .This will save you thousands camper we purschaes priced 10,999 increased almost to 18k by the closing. We had them remove all the extra hidden fees and kept the over priced campers essential bundle box. Without it camper would be closer to 13k after taxes. Attached is a screenshot of where you can find your good sams coverage on your contract. I hope this helps others in future from losing money and making sure they honor their promises as stated on their agreements. This review will be updated depending if they make things right and correct their mistakes as i know this review oberall hurts the entire team.
