  Zach Sadler was great to work with on my recent lease of a 2026 GMC Terrain. He was very helpful, professional and quickly responded to all my questions and even sent me a helpful video about the Google assistant function in my new vehicle. I also really appreciated having my new vehicle delivered to my home. Overall a great experience!

  Recently, I purchased a 2026 Honda HR-V from Team One Chevrolet in Charlotte, MI, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. After driving a Kia for five years, I was faced with a major setback when the engine went out. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get the support I needed from Kia. I expressed my concerns to my cousin, Susie, who works as a salesperson at Team One, and she immediately said, "Let me get you out of that Kia." And that's exactly what she did! After I shared a few details about what I was looking for, Susie delivered the perfect vehicle. The entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free. I felt comfortable, calm, and confident that she was going to get me the best deal possible. What really stood out was how the whole Team One staff knew who I was and went out of their way to make sure I had an amazing experience from start to finish. They turned what could have been a stressful and vulnerable situation into something enjoyable and exciting. I absolutely LOVE my new Honda HR-V—it's perfect! I would recommend Susie and the entire Team One team every single time. Thank you all for making a difficult situation so easy and for providing such outstanding customer service!

  Had a surprisingly smooth time looking through the selection of vehicles that met my needs and driving preferences. Ricky helped me find a great deal on what I needed and was patient while I figured out what felt right to me. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had with a dealership and can't recommend Ricky enough! It's rare to find such a down to earth salesman that's there for the person and not the numbers, and he is a gem.

  I can’t say enough good things about this dealership. Both my salesman Brandon and the Business Manager Simon were amazing. They got me my dream truck, with a great rate, and out in a timely manner. Transparent, friendly, and professional! Will continue to be a repeat customer.

  Me and my wife came in looking for a used car and we were approached by Rachel Henry. She was very friendly and asked what we were looking for she showed us a few vehicles she informed us of the options the vehicle had let us drive each one. after me and my wife came to a decision she was very helpful in helping us understand all the paperwork. We had a good experience with Rachel and when the time comes we would like the chance to work with her again.
