They charge way too much, for the lowest grade oil. I can get it done at the dealership for $25 cheaper for higher quality oil. Thought about driving out of the bay after they told me the price. But I’m not that petty. Bite the bullet and move on. Which is what I recommend everyone does when they think about this place. Convenient yes. Maybe that’s the up charge. It can be difficult to get into local shops or dealerships. But $130 for an oil change. This was Quaker state oil. Would have been $165 if I got mobile one. I will be doing my own from here on out. That’s the cost of 3 oil changes on my own. Crazy expensive these days.

I went in for an oil change. The gentleman there checked my oil first. He let me know that my oil still looked good and changing it so soon would be a waste of money. I appreciated the honesty. Even though I didn't get my oil changed, they still topped off my fluid levels! They were all very nice and respectful. I'll definitely be going back.

I've been here a couple of times now and I am more than happy with the service. If you have to wait, a member of staff will come and greet you and inform you of how long you'll wait. The staff explain everything and make sure you're informed what products are required for your vehicle. There are no pressure sales, they will offer you other products and you make the choice. The staff are always friendly and funny too. They had me laughing the whole time. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone.

Craig, Joseph, and Damien were AMAZING! I came in for an oil change and a transmission fluid drain and fill, and they did an incredible job from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything to me and really helped me understand what was going on with my vehicle instead of just doing the work and sending me on my way. I especially appreciated that they even stayed after hours to make sure my transmission fluid was properly taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them! Thank you, Craig, Joseph, and Damien! 😊

Won’t be going back. Got my oil changed about a month ago on my car, immediately noticed a rattle after the visit. Could be a coincidence. It has an appointment to go in next week to the shop. Took my jeep in today. Get home and parked it. Walked out an hour later and noticed washer fluid draining down my parking pad. Now the darn thing has to go in because I can’t tell if they somehow loosened the hose on the bottom of the reservoir or if the reservoir was somehow cracked, a $350 part. It’s just not worth visiting them when you look at the follow up repairs that I need to make and arguing with them is just not on my agenda.
