  Belle Tire completed the work today timely. They supported me with new tires in May 2025 and today was a balance and rotation date as this is their warranty service. I also had them install new windshield wipers and greatly appreciate their support

  Dear Kevin Nowak, I have been a loyal Belle Tire customer for about six years, but my recent experience at this location was extremely disappointing. The way some employees handled my warranty claim, pricing, and communication was dishonest and unacceptable. Here is what happened: In 2025, I purchased four tires from Belle Tire that came with a 50,000-mile treadwear warranty. Before reaching 50,000 miles, the tires wore out, so I brought my vehicle to this location. I also requested a price match with Walmart. I was told Belle Tire could only match the tire price, not the installation or other fees. I accepted that. The employee, Mat, instructed me to contact the tire manufacturer and obtain a claim number. I did exactly that. He then told me he would work with his manager and the tire manufacturer. After four days of back-and-forth communication, he called me and said he could not honor the price match because I would be receiving warranty compensation from the tire manufacturer. One of my tires also had a bubble on the sidewall, which the employee laid that's not going cover by manufacturer. I explained that even after applying the manufacturer's warranty compensation, the final price would simply be comparable to buying the tires from Walmart, where installation and warranty costs were lower. Instead of working toward a fair solution, the employee refused and became upset because I was receiving compensation from the manufacturer. Concerned about how I was being treated, I contacted the tire manufacturer. They advised me to visit Discount Tire instead. At Discount Tire, the employee called the tire manufacturer right in front of me, completed the warranty process transparently, received approval for compensation on all four tires, and honored competitive pricing without any issues. This experience showed a significant difference in honesty, transparency, and customer service. After six years of doing business with Belle Tire, I expected much better treatment. The employee's are very dishonest, and lies like everyone else crazy doesn't even print the invoice. Stop going to belle tire very dishonest employee's.
