- CRCathy RyanSep 28, 20265.0Online reservations are always simple and straightforward. Communications by National and local associate were great. Bradley was professional and engaging. He went above and beyond to accommodate me.
- JPJuha PajalaSep 28, 20265.0Vuokrasimme auton 19. - 24. syyskuuta. Palvelu oli moitteetonta sekä erittäin ystävällistä. Auto oli parempi kuin mitä odotimme ja vastapesty sekä tankki täynnä. Suosittelen lämpimästi kaikille suomalaisille matkustajille. Juha Pajala Kalajoki Suomi We rented a car from September 19th to 24th. The service was impeccable and very friendly. The car was better than we expected—freshly washed and with a full tank. I warmly recommend it to all Finnish travelers. Juha Pajala, Kalajoki, Finland
- N_NCSU Fan _Aug 31, 20265.0I had a great experience at this small National location this summer. I was able to quickly pickup the keys immediately upon my flight’s arrival. As a National Executive Elite member, I was upgrade to a brand new vehicle. “After hours” drop off when I returned the vehicle was quick and efficient.
- WAw. A.May 25, 20265.0Small station with a team that far exceeds any large National location. Team is professional and friendly. We will use this location in the future.
- WWWilliam WatersSep 22, 20222.0Not a great experience at this location. They didn't have the car level that I reserved, so instead I got this huge minivan that was a boat to drive. It had a huge stain on the seat and the interior was very beat up, over 30,000 miles on this thing. The oil change light is on at pickup and neither the front or back wipers have ever been replaced, so driving during a downpour was difficult. If there was another car rental agency, I would have used that one. They get two stars because the guy was friendly at the counter, but they didn't have any other cars, every single one was rented.
