  Flight was delayed and had to drive, they had a car there and ready to go. Very helpful and fast. Great service at Houghton.

  Forgot his name but the big guy with beard should get a medal. I drove 8 hours to my camp in Ontonagan out in the boonies. Had a flat tire with no spare tire. After the fiasco trying to get the car towed to this airport through enterprise roadside and AAA. The big guy stayed after closing and made sure I had a car. Because I had to ride with tow truck driver and leave my 80 year old dad at camp by himself. Big rapids branch dropped the ball and was literally no help. The big guy at the Houghton branch was awesome. Thanks again for all the help.

  I picked up a car, arriving on the midday flight. I was greeted immediately by a young, smiling lady. She had a positive can-do attitude, and got me the car I needed (a small SUV). Her manager (I didn't get any names) helped here and there as she was still learning. Absolutely how every car rental experience should be; courteous, personal, and considerate. You can't train attitude, but you can train skills. This office was staffed with personality and positivity. Even dropping off my car before hours, the gentleman coming in, just to clean cars even made sure I was all set as I was doing key-drop. Enterprise at CMX was a home run for me.
