  Today's review of Tommy’s is about two hard-working Men. I will start with the positives but I do have a couple of suggestions/negatives that would really make a big difference in my opinion. I got my car washed, then vacuumed it, and used the mat washer. One of my favorite things about this location is being able to park under the trees in the shade on a hot day to keep you cooler. I have molded plastic mats and have never used the mat washer before. I asked Kaden if my mats would work in the washer and he let me know they would. I asked him if he would be willing to show me how to use it. He was currently cleaning garbage cans. He said absolutely, stopped what he was doing, and walked right over with me. Explained how to put them in and started the machine for me. He then waited to see if I needed any more help. Josh, another team member, was working on Vacuums and garbage cans and was extremely friendly, greeting me with a smile. I had a few questions for him, and he was so helpful and professional. So the negative/suggestions would be. 1. There is no soap in the mat cleaners. There is supposed to be but this location doesn't order it and put it in. It would make a huge difference in cleaning the mat in my opinion as my Mat was run through twice and just came out wet. 2. It would be great to have an air hose blower by the vacuums. Other locations have this and it is very helpful to get into cracks and crevices in your car. 3. The dryers are not very strong or on for long. They have you pull off before your car gets a chance to dry. With all of that said two awesome employees who went out of their way to be helpful and kind make all the difference. It makes you want to return to a carwash that doesn’t meet all your expectations.

  I use Tommy's Express Car Wash for their washing system that uses a belt style conveyor versus the older method of a chain system that is more prone to damage wheels or possibly suspension. They have a choice of pricing that fits both your budget and the type of wash you prefer. Whichever a customer prefers the wash is very thorough and very quick. I very much would recommend Tommy's Express.

  I had to take my truck through twice after paying $18 for the ultimate wash! It still wasn't clean but I didn't want to waste anymore of my time. The worst car wash I've ever had. It barely didn't anything in my wheel wells and not much better on my running boards.

  I have a F-150, the tailgate Never gets clean, also all the dead bugs on the bumper don't come off. I thought about switching to the other car wash but the same thing happens.
