  It was super easy and convenient to set up an appointment with Safelite. The gentleman was on time, professional, and explained things well. The new windshield was installed in about an hour. I would recommend Safelite.

  I had the best tech. I was giving top notch service. The windshield was done with great skill and those new windshield were great.

  The staff was very friendly and super quick! I was in and out in just over an hour!! Only sad thing was I had to wait to go to the car wash, I love car washes!!

  Our service tech was early, friendly and knew what he was doing. He was pleasant and very understanding of the fact I needed to be at a funeral and my husband would be home shortly if there was any questions or he ran into a problem. On a difficult day he helped make it easier.

  Brought in my car for a windshield replacement, took an hour, which is what they quoted. I paid and got in my car to leave and notice my oil change sticker wasn't transfered over like I requested. I went in to see if it might still be in the back somewhere. They spend 20 minutes looking before confidently letting me know there never was a sticker, though I wonder how they could've been so confident if they spent so long looking rather than the technician who did it just say that to begin with because I asked him to transfer it and you think he'd have at least mentally noted there wasn't a sticker after being asked to do that rather than spend so long searching after the fact. Honest mistakes happen, its just a sticker, my life goes on, but I really didnt appreciate being lied to about it. I then get back in my car and notice that the rain outside was actively leaking through my 20 minute old windshield seam. I walk back in, they inspect it and see its defective and spend another hour replacing the new windshield. They let me know its a known problem with that specific type from the manufacturer with the plastic mold along the edge. I again am confused because if its a known problem you think they would inspect it before installation. 2 1/2 hours after arriving at my 1 hour appointment I finally leave after being told I never had a sticker I knew was there, and nothing more than a sorry for wasting so much of my time or even acknowledging their role in any of the issues. I wouldn't recommend them.
