- WGWarden GreyAug 21, 20261.0I went into this store at 5pm on 8.21.26. A young lady and an older man were working. The older man there was nothing short of rude. He didn't even greet me or say hi, just stared at me when I walked up to the counter. I said hi twice, in case he didn't hear me. I then asked him to see if he could tell me why my check engine light was on. I asked if he needed me to turn my car on, he said he needed me to turn the key to just have power on. I told him my push button start wouldn't let me just turn a key. I told him I've only been driving a push button start for 2 months and didn't know how to do what he needed me to. He talked down to me saying, "you don't know how to turn on just the power?" He told me he couldn't help me if I couldn't turn the power on without turning over the ignition and went back inside without even saying sorry, goodbye or have a good day. Went right next door and the woman working there knew exactly how to help, I was in and out within 5 minutes. Your employees need trained in customer service and modern day push start mechanisms. Turns out it was insanely simple and anyone working at a place offering free OBD readings should know how to do it, imo. I'll be going next door to AutoZone from now on.
