I had my vehicle towed to the shop so I couldn't afford to seek out a better price. Upon receiving my vehicle, they had left the assemble cover off of the engine and in the cab of the truck. I took it back and had them install the part. We chalked it up to a miscommunication. I then scheduled an oil change to take advantage of the rebate money that they offered. The oil change took over 2 HOURS to complete. I should have taken it to a valvoline to get the work done in 15 minutes instead of sitting in their lobby for hours. The work got done in the end, and the customer service staff was very friendly, but I still would not recommend Martins to anyone.
- TMTerry McDowellSep 17, 20265.0Brought my Ram 1500 To Martin’s for an electrical computer communication issue , Limp mode, service trance, service shifter, proceed to destination, etc… I’ve been having Intermittently for several years. Taking it to numerous other places, nobody could figure it out. But Martin’s fixed it and under three hours Of billable time. Everybody else told me just to bring the truck back when it stops running, but Martin’s was able to diagnose it and get me on the road actually very quick. Only a few days. The dealership had it for like two++ weeks.. Charged me $1500 told me it was fixed, And then it did the same thing again, and they fought with me over a refund. In my experience with all kinds of vehicle Repair issues, Martin seems to have been the most competent And professional.
