- ARAngelica Roberts4 days ago1.0Waited 90 minutes despite having a 3:00 p.m. appointment. After sitting there for an hour and a half, I asked for an update and was finally told that an appointment doesn’t mean your car will be seen at that time, only that you’re placed in a queue. That should have been explained when the appointment was made. Unprofessional.

They did an amazing job keeping apprised of what needed to happen as well what was happening throughout the repair. Always courteous and knowledgeable. Won't take my vehicles anywhere else!
- JCJoi-Hannah CallahanJun 18, 20261.0Judging by the recent reviews, there has been a decline. I paid $135 for their diagnostic services. Martin's produces fraudulent diagnosis and attempted to charge us $1,600 for battery replacement and a fuel pump. I got a second opinion and learned my son had driven the car on reserve. The new mechanic put $10 fuel in my son's car -- the car had no issues, ran normal. Only needed gas. I contacted Martin's and asked for a good faith partial reimbursement, esp. after multiple towing fees based on their diagnostic. They refused and claimed another story, Martin's now said the car worked after they charged the battery. How is that possible when there was no fuel. If you want to receive fraudulent charges, take your car to Martin's. Other wise listen to previous reviews and RUN!! They are not trained effectively for advanced auto repairs.
