  Gentleman that helped me seemed nice. I'm not sure if there was a communication issue when I brought the codes in that autozone ran for free only to be charged 270 to be told the exact same thing I informed them was wrong. "Advanced testing " code reader same as the freebie from autozone. 10k for an old engine is ludicrous. Car is running worse than when i dropped it off, so going to get it checked by someone I trust to make sure it wasn't tampered with to break sooner. Just to re-update. Before bringing it to Martin's I had an oil change at Valvolene down the street. Today another Mechanic checked my car and somehow all the oil is gone from my fresh change the day of and only a few days ago. Cleaned a few things off and put oil back in my car that was already jusy bought. And now running good as new. No need to replace the engine now that my oil is back in my engine... 5/18

  Honestly extremely disappointed. I had an appointment for 12pm today for my alternator. I told them upon coming in, we believed it was going bad, but the noise we heard was not currently being made. It took them 4 and half hours to remove the belt and spin the pulleys, all to tell us it’s in-conclusive because the sound wasn’t currently being made. We opted not to fix it there due them taking so long to do and tell us what I told them upon coming in. On top of this I had my one year old with me and it was quite frankly a disaster. They didn't update me once during the entirety of this, they called my fiance who was not even there at the time. I should have been the one to receive updates.

  I recently took in our Kia Forte for brake service. They had previously performed work on an oil leak for our Dodge Durango and we’ve had a couple vehicles in for new set of tires. Martin’s is honest and has upfront quotes so you know exactly what the charges will be. I love their online system that I approve the costs before the work is even done. Ryan was working the front desk/phone, he was friendly, listened and answered all my questions. Thanks again Martins for taking care of our vehicles!

  These guys are great. They know their stuff and I've gone to them several times. My last trip they shined even brighter. On my way to pick up my truck they called. A part got left out somehow, and they needed more time to put it on. Now initially I was pissed. But they called and admitted the mistake. They didnt try to cover their tracks. They didnt offer excuses. To me, that says everything I need to know about them and I will not be bringing my buisness any where else but Martin's from here on out. They also gave me a fair discount for the inconvenience. INTEGRITY, is doing the right thing when no one is watching. That is Martin's Tire & Service.
