Brought my truck in for a second opinion , Dealership said I needed a new MGU ( alternator ) over $3,000 for repairs!! Brought it to American Auto for a second opinion, Hector and his crew were honest, and informative, Turns out I didn’t need all the repairs the dealership said, they saved me over $2,500 !!!! All my vehicles and anyone I know who needs repairs I will send them here. They are no joke, honest, clean, friendly.. 200% satisfied!

Hector was a great guy to work with, his knowledge and his staff were top notch. he got our 1972 Plymouth up and running for us and it had been 10 years since anyone had drove it. We are beyond thrilled with everything he has done for us. We are telling everyone if you want things done right , even if it takes a little time, American Autoworks is the place to go ,they will get it done with all the correct parts. Thank You again Hector!

I took a prospective pre-owned vehicle purchase for my daughter to American Auto Works for a pre-purchase inspection, based on a recommendation I'd received from another shop. The staff was friendly, helpful, and the inspection was thorough. I received a printed report with accompanying photos, and was then provided with an overview from the supervising mechanic, along with the opportunity to ask questions. I appreciated my experience there. Highly recommended.

The company I work for takes all of our regular gas vehicles here for maintenance and repairs -and keeps my delivery trucks on the road with minimal down time in service. I decided to take my personal truck in recently- rather than the corporate franchise within walking distance of my house (pierson rd) that my family has used for 20+ years, and American Auto had me completed within a couple hours and invoiced at nearly 50% less than what I had been estimated for- where my loyalty had previously been. Would recommend and plan on recruiting the rest of my kin to switch teams. Best in business!

Definitely the BEST MECHANIC we have around here locally very honest. Communication was amazing. Customer service from the office representatives were very kind informative and very friendly. Hector is such a kind person and a very honest mechanic. I would trust him with every vehicle that my family drives. He is dependable and truly a gem in the midst of so many dishonest mechanics he is one that you absolutely can trust I would recommend his service anytime.
