The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) needs to investigate this dealership for deceptive retail advertising. They are required by law to SHOW ALL fees (other than doc fees or taxes) in their pricing. You can't merely state on your website "Pricing Exclusion Disclosures" . That's illegal. What this crooked dealer fails to tell consumers that walk their lot or view their website is that, in addition to the price of the RV, they have a $2000 destination fee and a $1995 "prep fee. That's almost $4000 in additional fees that aren't disclosed until you sit down to negotiate a purchase. Buyer beware.

I had a negative experience here with salesman Corey Bollstetter. He is a very pushy and misleading salesman, and if you are not interested in purchasing same day he will stop answering your questions and become passive aggressive.
When he asked me what price range I was looking for, I said the cheaper end and specifically under $80,000. He then asked me what monthly payment I was looking for, and I said I was more focused on the total price and just wanted to see what my options are and what price points they are at as I didn't have a lot of knowledge on RV's. He then proceeded to ask me four times in a row what monthly payment I could afford, as I kept answering I was more focused on total cost and just wanted to see my options.
The first camper Van he brought us to was listed for 95,000 and he immediately pointed out on the sticker that it was only ~$650 a month, he asked me if that was doable. I asked him how many years the loan term was and he said "I'm not sure, they'll stretch it out as long as you need". It seems incredibly unlikely to me that he doesn't know this information, considering his role, and this was the exact reason I didn't want to give a potential monthly payment option because I knew he would push an extremely long loan term to try to get me to purchase out of my price range. Based on my rough calculations it was probably around a 20 year loan term unless it's assuming a very large down payment. I'm not sure because he was not able to answer my question.
After this he brought me to an RV that was listed for $65,000, and tried to push me on why I wanted to wait before purchasing, and what would change between now and next year. Once I was firm that I was not looking to purchase today (which I told him first thing upon meeting him) he then became extremely short and passive aggressive to my wife and I's questions. We both felt extremely awkward and uncomfortable upon leaving, and I would not recommend this RV center to anyone, especially our salesman Corey.
Go see my guy TONY CATALANO!! What an incredible salesman and friendly man to do business with. Went in to purchase a used vehicle that was traded in from a previous customer, and even though it wasn’t their main product he did not treat me any differently. He made me feel like his number one priority, never pushed anything on me, and was very reasonable and helpful with my decision. He was very well versed in the product I was looking at, being able to answer questions I had and even went as far to double check whether the warranty was still available as it was still a relatively new vehicle and good news, he found out it did for me! The deal also almost fell through because of an issue on my end. TONY of course would not let that happen, and he again went above and beyond by making some phone calls and doing the nitty gritty in order to make this deal happen. I am beyond happy with my purchase and it would never have came to fruition without big Tony. To top it all off, he made sure to tell me to send a quick shout his way when I made it all the way home so he knew I made it safe, what a guy! I also want to add that the entire staff was very friendly and helpful from Sarah at the front desk, to Waseem back in the financial department. Great staff that treats you like family, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE! Thanks so much General RV off Rancho, you guys were great!
The short version- Our salesman was great. Then, we were put with EJ in finance. Once he took our deposit we were ignored. He said he would call, never did. After repeated attempts he finally let me know we were approved, what the payment would be, and said “everything is included, the warranty, roadside, and gap”. This was our first time so I thought because he didn’t tell us the price of the warranty, gap, and roadside, it’s included like he said. I even told my husband this is a good deal! However, the warranty, gap, and roadside weren’t included, it actually added 20k to the loan with interest.
EJ kept saying if he took it off it wouldn’t change the payment. We showed up to sign, and the paperwork had the warranty, gap, and roadside prices added without my knowledge. After doing my own research I found that their warranty was significantly more expensive. I called EJ, he said he would see if his manager could get their warranty cheaper for us. His manager called, I said I want the warranty taken off the loan. Then the manager challenges me on every detail. I said I just want the warranty and roadside taken off. He said the same thing EJ said, “it’s not going to change your payment”. Treating me like I’m stupid and ganging up on me. This manager again wouldn’t take the warranty off the loan, he said he had to talk to his district manager to see if he could get us the warranty with zero interest. I said why wasn’t this offered before?, he said “EJ is new, he didn’t know“. The manager said we will get this figured out by end of day. He never called! Just like EJ! Once again, I reached out to them. EJ texted me to say if he don’t hear back about the warranty by the end of day he would take the warranty off the following day. Then he ghosted me. I found out he actually had the following day off! What a joke!
I got a text to rate the company…. so I put the issues in the rating and called customer service to see if they could help before I go in person. They were nice and said they would have someone call me. Then Rick called. He refused to help and gave me the same lies, “we can take the warranty off but your payment is not going to change because they will just send the bank a check to cancel the warranty on the back end.” SO BEWARE THIS IS HOW THEY TRAP YOU! They keep you stuck! They don’t care about doing the right thing. They are very sneaky! He said “you agreed on the payment” I said yes but not all these extra charges that were added without telling me! It’s bullshit! Then he said he had to talk to ANOTHER MANAGER to see about a discounted warranty.. WHAT DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND?? I am legit confused at this point. I also asked Rick for the maintenance record on the used RV we got since I asked EJ many times and never got it. Rick copied and pasted into an email that had six things listed that were fixed. I said can I have the actual report?? I got it and it had twelve things listed that were fixed! Once again Lies and shady business!!
Then I get a call from the third manager, Waseem. I said I don’t want the warranty. Rick was on the line too and he continued to stick up for his staff and said EJ was new, trying to justify the situation. When communication is literally the bare minimum, it doesn’t matter if you are new. But Waseem was amazing from the moment he got involved. He is funny, so kind, helpful, and an all around great person! He fixed the paperwork and my payment went down by $110!!!!! I cannot thank Waseem enough for making it right. He is the only reason I gave two stars! He deserves a big raise and he should definitely train all the other employees on customer service! Thank you so much Waseem I really appreciate your kindness and understanding!

Great customer service. I didn’t have an appointment, but came in to get my batteries checked because I was experiencing some difficulties. I was able to get them checked only to find out they were both dead. I purchased two new ones and they installed them. Altogether it was a Great experience and I have no complaints
