- ZMZakary McLaughlinAug 24, 20265.0Real personable and quick with their business. I got in quick and got out quick. Two sets of wiper blades for 70 which is more then fair in todays world. Fixed giant chip in glass. They gave me back pennies and stuff I was blown away.
- BSB SAug 21, 20262.0Technicians were all amazing but whenever in the office does ordering and coordinating with insurance needs to be replaced or do better. 3 times I requested OEM glass and 3 times it was not sent even though I was approved for it and requested it. Twice I let it slide due to time restrictions and importance but the other was a jeep so I had to reschedule due this persons inability to do their job

Two days before the appointment, I was told a Tesla had to be a drop off and there were no slots. So I rescheduled for another day. 2. On that day, I got a call saying they ordered the wrong windshield and they blamed the Safelite app. So I rescheduled again. 3. It finally got replaced and they did a good job with it.
