  I had my 1966 Lincoln Continental Convertible, a classic collector car, towed today by Pardiac Towing, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional. The driver understood the care and attention required when handling a valuable classic vehicle and treated it as if it were his own. Every step of the process was done carefully, patiently, and with great attention to detail. It’s not often you find a company that combines professionalism with genuinely great customer service, but Pardiac Towing does exactly that. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely worry-free. If you need a tow—especially for a classic, collector, or specialty vehicle—I highly recommend Pardiac Towing. Great people, outstanding service, and a company you can trust.

  Called for svc. 2 hr wait time then they said I didnot pay yet. So no svc until bill is paid. Called Corrigan cheaper and faster svc

  The customer service here is absolutely appalling and dangerous. I arrived at 4:00 PM to pick up my car, and the man on the phone told me I needed to wait 30 minutes. After waiting, he treated me with extreme anger, acting as if I had disturbed him in the middle of the night. When I accidentally handed him the wrong insurance card, I immediately offered to provide the correct one. Instead of allowing me to do so, he snapped, told me they were closed.. I actually had to turn on my phone camera to record the interaction for my own safety. I have no idea how a business like this is still allowed to operate. Avoid at all costs!
