  UPDATE (9/1): Today I got a call from the store. I believe I talked to the manager. I was told that after they watched the video camera play back, he was able to figure out what he think happened. He told me that he thinks they got my car confused with a rental from enterprise and that they do not perform tire rotations on the rental cars. Honestly, this feels like a half-ass apology and more of an excuse than anything. He did offer to take the charge off and said I could bring my car in for a tire rotation free of charge anytime in the near future. Needless to say, I will not be back for anything other than the “complimentary” rotation nor will I be recommending this location to others. ORIGINAL (8/29): I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. I’ve had previous problems at other places, so now out of habit, I mark up a tire to see if it’s been rotated. Before I dropped my car off today, I marked my rear driver tire with a sharpie. Once I was home and out of my car, I noticed that the same mark was still on my rear driver side tire. Which means, my tires were never rotated. I opted to receive my receipt via email so I checked and found that I was in fact charged for the tire rotation that never even happened. It’s quite frustrating and upsetting to be charged for incomplete/false services. Let this be your warning.

  Truck has never rode better after new tires. I have been using discount tire for years thinking I was saving a couple dollars but they do not align your tires and I get constant uneven wire even after I took it to their alignment place that they recommended. Decided to try Belle tire and I cannot be happier with the service, the price and most importantly the results. Thanks, Bob

  I was very happy with the services received at this store. I was recommended to come here to fix my leaking brake lines and two hours later it was done. Joe at the front desk makes it his priority that the job is done right. Nicholas, the store manager was checking on the progress of my repair as well. Went there two more times last month with other issues and the result was always the same - great job in the most reasonable time frame. New management of the store makes the difference!
