  Windshield replacement due to a rock hitting it. It was Ford that took awhile to ship out. But once it arrived, Siemens jumped right on it and replaced it within a couple days. Supplied me with a loaner for the half day it took to service it. Thank you!

  Best service experience all around. I was promptly greeted and the repair was quickly and professionally completed in a timely manner. The price was very reasonable and I was updated throughout the whole process. The technicians are certified with many years of experience. I will definitely be back!

  Siemans Ford is an exceptional dealership. My wife and I are traveling across the US 2000 miles from home when our vehicle breaksdown. We managed to restart it and drive to Siemans Ford where they were able to get our vehicle repaired within minmal time. Ron and his staff were very friendly and professional in assisting us.   Jeep Service review! Let’s be honest. It’s a dealership. So let’s start with turn your expectations lower. Everyone has their job, the scheduling person, the technician, the cashier and the receptionist. They are all perfectly serviceable. Do they go out of their way to be friendly, no. But they are professional and curt. When you just want your recall fixed or a charging port reset , this is a no nonsense kind of place. When you want further explanation of features of your vehicle that you didn’t purchase from them- use AI. Hourly rate is $220 plus tax. Seems reasonable for peace of mind. Scheduling usually takes a week to get an appointment, they call you when the vehicle is ready and the place is clean. There is coffee and water in a waiting area with a TV. It is fun to stroll through the new and used car lot when waiting for service to be completed.
