  Honestly the worst place I’ve ever felt with, they are all about getting down on people. Told me they could fix my car for $8500 or they’d buy it for $200. Lmao so they can easily make a profit off it. Only went here because I wasn’t from the area, got my car back home and didn’t even spend $2500 on the same exact problem to be fixed… all these people try to do is take you’re money.. run

  Went in for an oil change, got the works with a tire rotation, pull straight into the service department get your mileage an go from there

  I could not have asked for a more polite and professional staff. This was a complex transaction that involved warranty work on one vehicle and the purchase of a new vehicle. This was super easy and the credit goes to the entire staff at Siemans

  When looking at this vehicle there was a spare tire, when purchased I noticed later there wasn't one, wipers are trashed too

  We dropped my wife's truck off 3/20/26 for transmission problem they finally got it fixed and called me 5/29/26 said she was all good and ready to go and that it was covered under warranty also the deductible had been waved when I got there to pick it up I was told I owed 7000.00+ I said not happening i was told that it was covered under warranty they said it was not i asked to see the owner when I spoke to him he said there was nothing he could do about it as the service writer was not in today I said I am leaving the truck there and if I did not hear from them by Monday I would be obtaining a lawyer he laughed and got all happy saying I have had trouble with you before I asked when was that he said I don't remember and walked away as I was leaving the service writer stopped me and said I found the problem it is under warranty here is your key and thank you I do not feel mr sieman respects or cares about his customers Craig is nothing like his father Ed that being said I will never purchase a vehicle from him again
