- CKClaire kAug 20, 20261.0A few months ago I got an oil change here, passed by this place recently and the whole ordeal came back into my head. Figured I’d better share. One of your techs smothered my oil pan drain plug in loctite. Next oil change the drain plug couldn’t be removed, it eventually snapped, mechanic couldn’t extract the rest of the plug without damaging my oil pan, and I had to buy and get an entirely new oil pan installed. In the end yall cost me hundreds because of the ordeal. Will not be trusting valvoline again, please push more streamlined protocol. Don’t put loctite on something that doesn’t require it!

Then the manager claimed it was already broken and refused liability due to it being a "used, plastic part." Will never return to any valvoline for the rest of my time on this Earth. You have to be kidding me. We chose valvoline because we had a discount and now we will have to spend much more than the discount to replace the part their technician broke if that part can even be found. Now after reading reviews, its apparent this location has a problem despite the unproblematic 5 star reviews. Save yourself the risk and go elsewhere. Uncle eds would never.
