- KKKaye1 day ago1.0I called Valvoline’s corporate line before driving to this location to make sure my vehicle could be serviced, and I was told yes. After I arrived, they drained the oil from my car and then told me they couldn’t complete the service because they supposedly couldn’t remove the oil filter housing cap. That explanation didn’t sit right with me, so I called several other Valvoline locations and even other oil change shops afterward. I was told the information I was given at this location was false, and I was told by more than one person that I had been lied to. I wasted my time, left without the service I came for, and had to start over somewhere else. The customer service was unprofessional, and I would not recommend this location.
