  Make sure to work with Jade if you're looking for a new travel trailer or RV! We went in looking for a unicorn, and when they didn't have it on their lot she spent hours searching for what we wanted, sending us options at various times of the day / evening for weeks. Then we switched things up completely. Jade just rolled with it, helped us find what we wanted, and worked hard to get us the very best deal on our trade-in. She came in on a day off to walk through the RV one more time with us, patiently answered about 1000 more questions, and got her GM to come and walk through some of our more technical questions. Amazing client service.

  Got an online purchase price of my 2020 Winnebago Minnie 220MB of $11700 contingent on inspection. Had appointment for 10:30am finally got the inspection completed at 4:00pm. Price was now $10000 saying tires although in good condition needed to be replaced because of age cost $1000 and some area on roof needed to be re sealed. Should have been give a written quote for tires and cost of resealing. I question the resealing this campers roof does not leak and has been stored inside every year from November to April. Did my research a mid range tire cost it is about $600 a reseal job on a roof that does not leak should be minimal if needed at all. Not a good look, I see what dealers are selling similar campers for.

  My husband Zeke and I had such a great experience at Camping World in Birch Run and we owe that to Jade our amazing saleswoman. We had a ton of questions and she was always willing to respond to us, she is very knowledgeable and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. We had some questions after we brought the camper home and we would reach out to Jade and she still always took the time to respond to us. So many times you can make a big purchase and once the sale is over you never hear from them again. Jade is amazing and we are thankful for her help. We are so happy she was there and still is to help answer questions even after business hours. We HIGHLY recommend going to her. Thank you so much Jade for everything!!

  Purchased a brand new travel trailer on 7/25. Picked it up 7/27 and it wasn’t ready. Appointment was for 1:00 and I finally got out of there after 8:00 pm. When I set up camp the next morning I found I had no hot water (on demand tankless). No one at Birch Run Camping World would resolve the issue. Contacted corporate and filed a complaint. They connected me with Ben the service manager who promised to get a remote service out to my campground but now it’s the next day and nobody has showed up. Monday will be a full week with no hot water and Camping World could care less. Today I’m filing a formal complaint with Forrest River, the manufacturer. This is ridiculous. My advise? Do yourself a favor and stay clear of all Camping World locations

  DO NOT PURCHASE A BRAND NEW CAMPER HERE!!!! We have an Event coming my that we need a camper for. So we went to Camping World 1 month before we needed the camper & purchased a 2027 Campsite Elite 36ji, a $115,000 5th Wheel. When you’re going thru the buying process, the salesman, the finance guy, & even the sales manager promise you the world! They push extended warranties on you, and tell you how you’ll be taken care of in the event of any issues that may arise. That they’ll send a technician out to you, that they’ll tow your camper to ANY camping world of your choice.. So we do, we sign up for the ELITE GOOD SAM MEMBERSHIP, & given a membership number.. What should have been a red flag is that, they tell you multiple times while signing the final paperwork, “do not call your salesman if there are any issues” “make sure you call good sam, not camping world if you have any issues…” “etc……”… Well, we buy & pick up our 5th wheel on Tues July 14th, I decide it’d be a good idea to use it right away, to make sure if there are any issues, they could be resolved before our event. So on Thursday the 16th we take it 20min from our house to a local campground. Soon as we arrive, the autolevel feature does not work, & gives a “jack fault” warning. Not a horrible deal, I just manually level. Sunday morning we break camp, & find that the rear 2 slides will not work AT ALL & are stuck out. So as directed we call Good Sam, AND we are told that we are not in their system, that we are not enrolled in ANY good Sam membership. I give them the membership number that I was given, and still nothing. I call my salesman & he pushes me off on to the sales manager. After staying WELL past check out time at the campground we are forced to pay for another night. The next day, Monday the 20th. I take off from work to go back to the campground, luckily it was only 20min from home. As told by the sales manager I call good Sam again to see if I’ve been added to their system, & as you guessed, I wasn’t.. No one is able to tell me how to manually retract the slides, but after searching online, I figured it out. I then drive the 5th wheel back to camping world. When I arrive I go straight to the sales manager & he walks me to service & instructs them that we MUST HAVE OUT CAMPER REPAIRED by the 3rd. The ONLY COMMUNICATION or Status given on our camper came from us Calling them, NEVER did a single person reach out to us. After they have the camper for 2 weeks, NOTHING HAS BEEN REPAIRED, and we are told it will not be repaired by the time we need it. They are SO WORRIED about being reimbursed by the manufacturer for their labor costs, that they will not even touch the camper until the receive confirmation that they will be. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, only the hourly wage of a technician, like they can not afford to pay their tech for 3-4hrs and wait for the manufacturer to reimburse… There is MUCH more to be said, but I do not feel like typing ALL NIGHT! After everything, we reach out to the GM, & ZERO CONCERN, says that their policy is 30 turn around on repairs… I could totally accept that, had the issue can a year or even a few months after purchase, it had been 2 days!!! They continue to put the blame on the manufacturer… I would not sell a product that I wasn’t willing to stand behind. The right thing to do is fix it asap, & then them wait for the manufacturer reimbursement, not the customer waiting…
