  HORRIBLE!! I will NEVER buy anything from them!! I had been talking to someone all week about different campers and what I am looking for and what I had to trade in. And I drove an hour and half away to get to Camping World to be greeted by ladies who gave me a whole different sales person. I was pissed that I spent all that time with someone who isn’t who I got once I got there. Then I had to go over everything again. And then the young man wasn’t helpful and didn’t seem to care if he made a sale or not! He just sat on the couch once we got in the campers and didn’t explain anything about any of the campers. The one camper the door was stuck and we couldn’t open it or close it and his response was not sure what the problem is but I got the door to open and close. When there was truly something wrong but he acted like we were wrong. So we went right across the street to your competitors. And we’ll be in our new camper this weekend!

  Worst shopping experience I've ever had. Told the salesman and his manager over half a dozen times that I was just looking for a quote. They kept asking to run my credit, and trying to get me to sign papers for a quote? Very high pressure there, went to general rv the next and had an awesome experience, bought a brand new jayco for 2k less then the used, less equipped models. Once I finally got the quote from the salesman at camping world that he either didn't know what he was talking about or lied straight to my face. Every thing he gave me a price on was double or almost double on paper. Ill never go back to camping world in birch run for anything! Steer clear.of these crooks.

  We went and looked at a camper a few years ago here. And I told myself I'd never go back. Bad experience. Fast forward to now. Went and looked at another camper here. And we loved it. Kylerr Nelson made this experience so much better. He was helpful and not pushy at all. He worked with us and answered all our questions. And made the sale. We cant wait to pick up our new camper.

  Called & asked about a 2026 specific model. Was told it was on sight. When we arrived they showed us a used one said it was the same thing... it is not... Then showed us another & said it was a similar one... it was not. When i asked about the one I wanted to look at. I was told by the "salesman," "we don't have that model here." When I said I was told by ---- you have it. He was done showing us anything & said well thats all I have here. Despite having several hundred units on sight & many more that matched our spec and price range. We drove over an hour, on their word that they had the one I liked in stock. I was willing to look at different models but the "salesman" in my opinion, wasn't Willing to work. When we made it back to the sales floor." The woman that told us they have the one I want in stock; wouldn't come out to speak with us. Honestly the only reason I gave them 1 star, is I have to so I could leave a review. If I could leave negative stars. I would! I will not go back. I will not recommend them to anyone.

  Awful customer service. Spam called me 5 times over the course of a day when all I wanted was an out-the-door cash number, which shouldn't be too hard to gather. Over 10 hours of back and forth, they finally came back with a ridiculously high price, including 1500 for them to hitch it and 750 for some camping package that I also didn't ask for. After being condescending about the safety of a weight distribution hitch, which I already have, he finally brought the price down to a realistic number. Due to attitudes and wasting my time, I won't be doing business with them.
