There seems to be a massive disconnect between the techs, the service department, the parts department, and the salesman. I send a work order, our software shows this company never opens the email, but the techs do go and provide very little information when they check in and out. Very confusing. Then, I get a quote from the salesman following the tech's service call. So, you would think the quote addresses the issue, right? Except, on multiple occasions, the quote doesn't always address the original problem on the work order. Then, when I accept the quote thinking it is the fix (sounds reasonable I know), I call the parts department to check on it, and I get told they know nothing about the approval (even though I sent the approval more than 24 hours in advance to both the salesman and the service department). Also, the service department is very very condescending and rude. She can't give me even a window of time for arrival, she cuts me off and always has a consistent tone of annoyance, and she does very little to explain why a repair didn't address the issue. Just not at all happy with the service and will be concluding any further business with them once they complete their last repairs with us.
