  This place is amazing. I was in a bit of a pinch and Jonathan Aue was patient and kind while we got everything situated. His customer service skills are above and beyond expectations. I've rented from here a couple times and will definitely be back.

  We booked ahead of time 5+ weeks ahead of time for specifically a standard to full size vehicle and when I arrived at the scheduled time they only offered a small car or minivan. This wasted my families time and caused stress. I would think a company of this size would at least not offer something that could not be fulfilled or guaranteed or at least contact us ahead of time to warn us of an issue. Now I have cancelled and have to find another business to cover our needs.

  We booked 5 weeks in advance for a standard or full size SUV because we’re traveling through the mountains for our trip. We get there and they only offer me a car or minivan. If I had been told this when I booked or at all before I arrived I would have cancelled and went somewhere else. Unfortunately it wasted my time and a customer for them. I will not book through them again the lady was rude to my wife and they severely interrupted our time limited plans. I was very disappointed.

  Another great experience with Enterprise! As usual, check in was courteous and efficient. Staff was informative and accommodating. Immediate upgrade when vehicle we had reserved was not available which kept us on schedule. Will definitely use Enterprise again in the future.

  Rented a 15 passenger van (removed one seat). It was clean and ready to go! Customer service was above and beyond. We will use them again!
