  My experience with the car was great the staff was great I didn't get my deposit back yet they take it right away but they don't give it right away I don't think that's right

  Gabrielle provided excellent and friendly customer service, the process was quick and easy and I got a nice clean car.I will definitely be returning.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. Gabrielle was extremely rude and unprofessional in my experience with her. I had reserved a vehicle to be picked up in a few days. One day before I was set to pick up the vehicle at 4pm, Gabrielle called to inform me that I would have to have a credit card to rent the vehicle, which I don't. I took an hour out of my work day to apply for and expedite delivery of a credit card through my bank. That was completed at 4:59pm so I quickly dialed Enterprise back to let Gabrielle know that we were all set. Before I could get that far into the conversation, I politely let Gabrielle know that it was very inconvenient to learn of this obstacle at 4pm when the banks are closed and that I would have appreciated having been called earlier in the day. Gabrielle interrupted me saying she had been busy all day to which I replied her being busy wasn't my problem but that the short notice was very stressful and that I would appreciate some empathy and understanding. She completely lost her cool at hearing constructive feedback, told me she had no empathy for me, and that she was cancelling my reservation. Then hung up. I can't imagine having a representative working for my company with such a childish demeanor.

  This was a rental while my car was in shop. The gentleman who delivered it was very nice. I was able to drop cae at repair shop. So convenient. Car was clean and comfortable. No problems.

  The staff at the Big Rapids Enterprise are great! They were friendly, professional, prompt and were obviously working hard! They were literally running to try to get cars to customers in a timely manner. I really appreciate their help and effort! The staff are the source of the stars here, but I also thought the vehicles were great.
