  Negative attitude and lack of support. Commercial Van had a tire blowout, was able to pull into the parking lot of Belle (which was a identified support company of the MAP program). Arrived three hours before closing, the service writer was overly adamant that they would never get permission from MAP before they close. Even though I called and got thru in 6.5 minutes. Would have been satisfied if they could have just helped with putting the spare on. Instead had to replace the tire myself in their parking lot. They could have at least assisted with a jack, even if they had to operate the jack themselves and I still do everything else by hand. Lets face it, I had all the information and it was a guarantee they could have gotten approval, instead they refused support to a dedicated programmed customer

  Pure incompetence. Brought my truck in and was told fhe tires are too wide ...never bothered to look with their eyes can inly listen to a computer and lie to you. Make things up and try to sell you new tires ..plus 40+$ per tire before rubber is absolutely crazy. Guess i just have to do this stuff myself otherwise they all just try to strong arm new tires. My 265 60r 18 tires will fit the rear of my 08 envoy just fine and instead sent me home on tires worn beyond the bands. Very dissapointed

  I’ve never in my 49 years of driving had a tire shop tell me they can’t plug a tire because it’s too old I’ll never visit another Belle Tire ever

  I called as soon as they open to tell them my FedEx driver is coming in. They told us to not worry about making an appointment and they’ll get him in. He gets there, it’s an hour and half wait. Which is 100% fine, but at least say that on the phone. After he waits the first hour and a half, the guy comes back out and tells him it will be YET another hour and a half. So I called again and the guy basically blew me off and didn’t care. After I reiterated 6 times that I didn’t mind the wait, but it was now going to be ANOTHER hour and a half while my driver has a full route to do and only went there because they said they’d take care of him, they finally told me “just to make me happy” they’d get him in now. The entire time had a complete “I don’t care” attitude. I’ve been taking my trucks here the last few weeks so I’m extremely upset with how the situation was handled. Just happy they got him in after an hour and a half.

  I had to fill up my boat trailer tires and I was not sure about what air pressure they were supposed to be and I walked by the garage and Brandon the technician stopped what he was working on to help me. I didn’t expect it. He looked at my tires and actually filled them for me. Again I was just asking for what I should put my tire pressure on at. He went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Brandon! You made me feel more comfortable driving up to the lake.
