  You really must be scraping the bottom of the barrel to hire people. I called and asked if you sold a part for a 1997 vehicle and I had to correct this guy several times as he kept repeating the wrong information I gave him. After spending way more time of getting a simple answer, that guy suggested I try a salvage yard.. why in the world would I want to buy a used part, most likely with the same brittle issue that mine currently has?? That makes NO LOGICAL sense! If you don’t know, just say so!! Sounds to me like this guy has VERY little to NO knowledge of vehicle or their parts!

  What a great place with great people our ac fan went out on the way down state when it was 94 degrees and they let me and my 5 kids and 2 dogs hang out inside the store while my husband fixed it in the parking lot even gave the dogs water and us as well

  I’ve stopped into the Perry Avenue AutoZone on two separate occasions—both during emergencies with my car. I honestly can’t remember what the first visit was for; my car is very old and seems to have a mini breakdown every few weeks (just like a person!). Last week, however, I was driving home to Traverse City from Grand Rapids when my rear quarter panel finally broke loose and began dragging in the wind. I had to pull over three or four times along the highway just to keep reattaching it so I could continue driving. Eventually, I made it to Big Rapids, where I met Zach and Katie. I walked into the store with the classic, “I don’t know if you can help me, but…” and Zach immediately jumped into action! Using some impressive zip-tie magic, he secured the panel well enough for me to safely continue my trip home. Meanwhile, I stayed inside and had a delightful conversation with Katie about her work, career path, and future goals. Both Zach and Katie were incredibly kind—friendly, reassuring, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Before long, Zach had my car safe to travel again, and I thanked them both profusely. I’m writing because I know they are likely wonderful with all of their customers, but people probably don’t take the time to put those experiences into writing often enough. Zach and Katie represented your company exceptionally well and treated me as though my safety truly mattered. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for their help and kindness that day.
