  As far as getting an oil change- I love this place! They don’t judge when you’ve gone over your miles! 🫣 Kind and efficient!Til next time “Bay One!”

  Sitting there waiting for my turn and it comes up and they tell me I can’t go in somebody else was before me. I have to back up and move over and they are so frigging slow there. I will never return there awful awful awful.

  EVERYONE with whom I interacted on my visit was pleasant, kind and helpful. Made me aware of various services I could get but were never pushy or trying to oversell...and they were honest about things I didn't need done yet. I did decide to add a tire rotation (since I knew I needed it) and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes...and it was! Also, one of the workers escorted me to and from waiting room (I'm sure it was so I wouldn't fall either over something or down into an open bay). I did appreciate that since my balance is not always great. I have been to this location several times over the last few years and this has always been my experience here...unlike other places I have been. I will continue to give them my business. Additionally...I had stopped in the day before and after waiting in line for 15 minutes an employee came out to let me know because of the services being done to the car ahead of me there would be a significant wait. I appreciated that so I decided to leave and come back the next day.

  The moment my mother and I went in the garage, this lady yelled at her for going to far up, very rudely, could’ve said it in a much more kind way. Then proceeds to give us a condescending look like we just did the most horrible thing. So we left instantly, they just lost business within the first 10 seconds because of their attitude. Manager stood there and did nothing too. Do better, this is coming from a family who has been in the hospitality industry for 50+ years.
