  Nyema was such a joy. Great personality. The world needs a lot more professionals like her. She was thorough in telling me everything she was doing. She’s a good soul and such a hard worker. I think she should get a raise.

  I think Nyema is AMAZING! The whole staff is. I pass multiple Valvoline locations to come to this one. It’s been years and they always help me out especially with coupons since I lost my job. I am very thankful and Nyema and her team needs a RAISE!

  Normally go to dealership for maintenance but decided to go to valvoline close to home. After cabin air filter replacement, blower is making a horrible noise, very loud. Went back the next day and was told “ yeah, that happens after cabin filter replacement, you probably have debri in the blower motor , that’s not a service Valvoline provides” first associate was pleasant, the 2nd one was rude and dismissive. Won’t go back…

  Michigan is currently experiencing above normal temperatures. It’s 98° out and I was not looking forward to having to get my oil changed while I sat in a hot car, but wanted convenience and it done quickly. Wow was I surprised at how friendly, upbeat, and downright charismatic the employees here were. I was helped by, Nyx, who was the first person to come to my car with a huge smile and fantastic attitude. Then, when I pulled my vehicle in, Nyema, was there with an even bigger smile and aboveboard professional, friendly demeanor. I wasn’t able to interact with Chris as much as the other two on the team. But, he seemed just as friendly as everyone else, and helped get me in and out in a very timely manner. The heat while sitting in the car didn’t even affect me because the personalities and professionalism shown to me made the whole thing fly by. This will now be my Go-To location for mine and my family’s’ vehicles. I highly recommend them!!

  I couldn’t recommend this location enough. I pulled in and was helped by two knowledgeable, kind female technicians. I love the empowerment! They topped my coolant free of charge and had me back on the road in a few minutes.
