  DON’T depend on this place in an emergency! My first one star rated review, and I’m only writing to save folks from being stranded by Belle Tire for a night the way I was. I had a blown tire (purchased from Belle Tire), and a spare doesn’t come with my truck, leaving me completely stuck. Belle Tire had four hours until closing, and this should have been a simple replacement job that could’ve been handled in 10-15 minutes. Instead, there was zero urgency, empathy, or professionalism. No attempt to check the schedule, no effort to help make an exception, and no concern whatsoever about the situation I was in. Just went right to the excuses along with a complete unwillingness to try and save the day before they closed in four hours. Thank God I didn’t have to get a hotel. What’s most shocking is this isn’t an isolated incident. After reading other reviews, it’s clear way too many customers have experienced the same lack of service and accountability. And, judging by the AI/copy and paste responses from management, Belle Tire doesn’t care either. That’s especially disappointing because I’ve been a loyal customer for years having serviced several of my personal vehicles, and even my business fleet with them. After this experience, that relationship is over. I’ll NEVER make that mistake again.

  I had an amazing experience at Belle Tire! I came in to get my tire fixed and the staff was professional, fast, and very helpful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, got me back on the road quickly, and made the whole process stress-free. The customer service was top tier and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I really appreciate the honesty, efficiency, and friendly atmosphere. Definitely recommend Belle Tire to anyone needing tire service or car care!

  They were there for us! Answered right away, and yes they had what we needed! In and out in an hour!! Nice guys. Recommend this place better than any in the area.

  I haven't even finished paying for theses tires and I have had a flat in which the tire had to be replaced, (charged me over $40 to get a warranty on the new tire), that was just 2 weeks ago and now my tire light is on again. I called to get the car in no appointments. You cannot get timely service. To me having that tire light on is a stressor they don't seem to care about. If I could do this again I would not have bought tires from this company.

  We had an appointment scheduled for 10:00am on Tuesday, March 24th, which was supposed to guarantee the next available service bay. Despite this, my wife waited over four hours for her vehicle to receive four new tires. To make matters worse, all four tires were improperly inflated, none matched the recommended pressure for her vehicle or the tires purchased, and each tire had a different pressure. This experience was extremely disappointing, and as a result, we will not be returning.
