  Worst services and business practices ever. I bought brand new tires for my truck for 1300 dollars with repair contract in July 25. I needed a repair for a tire a several months later. The manager told me he couldn't take care of it until a week later even after I told him the tire would lose air every day after sitting overnight. He told me he didn't have time because he had to take care of Black Fri sales. I ended up going to Midas in Westland who fixed my tire on the same day. Never going again and going to let everyone I know not to go there

  KEEP AN EYE OUT, DONT TRUST THE TECHS!! Just when you think there is good customer service still in the world. I took my car in to have a tire replaced, they honored the warranty, however the workers there are untrustworthy!!! They STOLE my lining of my back driver side door!!! They had no reason to even open my doors to change the tire. I noticed the issue right away, I showed a manager. He said he would look into it and give me a call. I never recieved a call, after 2 weeks of waiting I called him, he told me he attempted to call me and leave a voicemail, but the box was full. This was a lie, I had no missed calls, and my voicemail is never full because I regularly delete them. He continued to tell me there was no evidence on the cameras, so his hands were tied. He suggested I call customer service and leave a message, from there they would be able to possibly help me out. This did nothing, it has been another 2 weeks, and no call from Belle tire. I will NEVER go to this business again. I just wanted to warn people, so that they dont end up with a story like mine. Customer service just isn't the same these days.

  I have been a Belle Tire customer for quite some time now and I have always received great service. Today I stopped by to get some air in my front tires. When I arrived near the air hose a young man named Nathan asked if he could help me. He actually found my front tires were over inflated and one of the rear tires was low. He explained how over inflation can add to the wear on my tires and said if I had time to go inside the office for a service writeup he could quickly reset my sensor. Unfortunately, I didn't have time right then. But I really appreciated his help.

  I wanted to buy a new spare tire so I checked my existing tires for the correct size. This set of Michelins was installed over a year ago. I discovered that only one of the tires was the correct size. I know, it's been over a year, but this issue goes to trusting the people you're paying to be competent in their job. Additionally, when these tires were installed, I was lied to about them doing an included alignment. Fast forward back to this encounter. I dreaded going back in to have to deal with the same attitudes and incompetence. I explained the situation to their associate, Jayden and expected blowback. Instead, he cheerfully said no problem, and that they would take care of it for me. When the work was complete, I wound up with a brand new set of tires. I was prepared to pay for the spare, but Jayden said to not worry about it. My socks were blown off! It turns out that their current General Manager, Hassan, started in November and is bit by bit cleaning house and getting it in order. Their willingness to fix an issue caused by the store without argument has gained back a formerly disgruntled customer.

  I had taken two vehicles to them to have looked at. My first vehicle I needed 3 valve stems replaced because they were stuck. I was told that I would need to replace the valves and the TPMS sensors because they are all together. They told me it would be around $600. I went to another tire shop, replaced my valve stems at $25/tire. The guy's name started with an M (middle Eastern guy) who I spoke to in person. My truck went in to have my left side brake looked at because of possible caliper issue. They told me I needed front brakes, rotors and left side caliper replaced. They told me total price was $1600. I went to a different shop (that did my pads/rotors one year ago) and they said the brakes/rotors are fine, just the caliper needed to be replaced. $234 total to fix it. Belle Tire, do better and stop ripping people off.
