A Masterclass in Inefficiency, Predatory Fees, and Justina's Cheddar Sour Cream Ruffles Came in for a tire Patch, claimed the tire couldn't be patched and forced a replacement, which is highly debatable 8:00 AM: I dropped my car off, explicitly stating there was a screw in the driver’s side rear tire. I was told it would take "a few hours. 10:00 AM: I received a call proudly announcing... they found a screw in the tire. Glad we established what I told the front desk two hours prior. I was promised it would be ready in 45 minutes. 10:50 AM: I arrived to pick it up. A gentleman wearing a shirt ironically reading "I'm your guy" informed me it would be another 20 minutes. I ended up waiting an additional hour and 10 minutes at the counter, entirely due to a manager named Justina, who seems to run this establishment like her own personal living room. While paying customers waited longer than quoted, Justina was busy horsing around with her employees and stuffing her face with Cheddar Sour Cream Ruffles, pretending to look busier than them dismissively cookie licking. The most infuriating part of the wait was watching them trap new, unsuspecting customers. Right in front of me—someone who had already been waiting 5 hours for a basic tire change—staff looked new arrivals dead in the eye and would lie to them. People with complex mechanical issues were being promised their cars would be ready in "just a few hours," a blatant bait-and-switch just to get them to leave their keys. I approached the counter after patiently waiting the extra hour and 10min to ask her when they would actually be finished servicing my vehicle. She actively ignored me, wouldn't make eye contact, then intentionally turned her back to have a casual social conversation with a mechanic. Because she was so focused on being avoidant, she failed to notice that the mechanic had finished my car and returned my keys to the desk. My paperwork sat hostage on the counter for 10 minutes while she socialized, until a lower-level employee got the whit's to help me. No apology was offered. They didn't even bother to inflate the new tire to the correct pressure; I had to immediately use their free air pump to do it myself. also my rim was left caked in a thick layer of white tire grease, and upon wiping it down, I found they had minorly scuffed my rim. This location is a textbook example of toxic management trickling down into terrible service. When the person in charge (Justina) treats the service desk like a snack bar, permits locker-room language, and tolerates staff openly plotting how to scam customers with fake "unsafe" diagnoses, the entire branch is compromised. I will be taking my business exclusively back to Subaru.

wish I would have gotten the guy's name that helped me but I went up there because my tires were in rough shape and I'm talking rough. My friend brought me a tire to put on in the meantime for two two three days until I can get up there and buy some tires when I get paid well it wasn't exactly the same size as the other ones The guy up there went above and beyond to help me out I really appreciate you You saved my day ! There needs to be more peeps and the world today like you! Thank you again

I wish I could give this place a 0 star Very disappointed with Belle Tire. I came in for a simple tire rotation, and they refused to do it. I asked to speak with a manager, and I was first told the manager had already left. Then the employee said he was the manager. As a manager, I expected better customer service and more willingness to help a returning customer. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a great experience at this shop. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They provided excellent customer service, completed the work quickly, and made sure my truck was safe and ready to go. The pricing was fair, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a business that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable tire service. Thank you for the outstanding experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at Belle Tire in Belleville. I brought in a tire to be replaced after it had a hole from a nail. I handed the tire over to the staff. When I got the tire back, I immediately noticed that the rim had multiple scratches and dents that were not there before. The damage appears to have been caused during the mounting process, and the scratches were severe enough to remove the clear coat from the rim in several areas. What makes this even more obvious is that some of the scratches are located in the area where the center cap sits. The center cap covers and protects that part of the rim during normal use, so those scratches could not have occurred while the wheel was on my vehicle. The damage is clearly in areas that would have been exposed during the tire mounting process. My vehicle is in excellent condition with only 16,000 miles, and all of my rims are in like-new condition. When my husband returned to the store to show them the damaged rim and explain that all of our other rims are free of scratches and dents, the staff refused to acknowledge any responsibility. Michael Tackett, the salesperson we worked with, stated that the damage was not caused by their technicians. Instead of investigating the issue or addressing our concerns, another employee came out with the damaged rim and told us to take the tire and leave because they were not responsible. My husband simply wanted Michael to see that all of our other rims are in excellent condition and that this damage was not pre-existing. I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled. The damage occurred while the tire was in their possession, yet they refused to take responsibility or even have a professional discussion about the issue. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I will be posting photos with this review so others can see the damage for themselves. The picture of my tire with the cap on is the condition of my tire from before showing no damage before or scratches.
