  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Outstanding Customer Service at Belle Tire in Belleville, Michigan! What a wonderful experience I had at Belle Tire in Belleville! I called ahead to ask if they repaired tire valve stems and was pleasantly surprised when they told me they did and that there would be no charge. When I arrived as a walk-in customer, I was greeted by a friendly, attentive staff who got me in right away. Everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant. When my car was ready, a very nice young man came out and personally said, “Mrs. Oswald, you’re all set. Thank you!” My invoice showed $0.00, just as they had promised! It’s refreshing to find a business that not only stands behind its word but also treats its customers with such kindness and respect. Belle Tire has earned my loyalty! I will absolutely be returning for all my future tire needs. Thank you to the wonderful team at Belle Tire in Belleville for making my experience so positive! I highly recommend them! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Extremely frustrating experience. I will never return. I brought my car to Belle Tire for an oil change and to have two slowly leaking tires patched, which I understood to be a free service they offer. Had advised it was the front right and back rear tires. Around 10 AM, I received a call saying I needed new brakes, struts, and rotors, totaling around $2,500. I declined those repairs and authorized only the oil change and tire patches. When we returned to pick up my car, the low tire pressure light was still on. The employee initially tried to tell us it was a button that needed to be pushed, which made absolutely no sense as my vehicle has never had this option. After checking the tire pressure, he realized the tire was extremely low and said they needed to take the car back into the shop to see what was going on. We were then contacted and told that both front tires needed to be replaced because they had screws in them. When we questioned why this wasn't caught during the original service, we were told, "I can't attest to what happened in the first one." They also couldn't tell me why they looked at both front tires when they were advised it was front right and back rear. Here's the most frustrating part: when we finally went back to pick up the car, we were told that they had never patched the tires in the first place, despite previously being told the work was completed. The lack of communication, accountability, and consideration throughout this entire experience was unacceptable. We wasted time going back and forth, received conflicting information, and were left questioning whether the work we were told had been done was actually done at all. Mistakes can happen, but being given different stories and getting no real answers or accountability is what makes this experience so disappointing. I will not be returning and would encourage others to make sure they verify exactly what work has actually been completed before leaving, if any.

  Worked with the Assistant Manager Jayden and he was so professional and knowledgeable about what I needed and the service provided by Belle Tire. I would hope to see him with his own store soon!!

  Absolutely terrible service. I’ve been here over 1.5 hours for a simple nail removal, and my truck is still sitting in the lot where I left it. I even left for over an hour and came back expecting it to be done. I was told I’d be next up—15 minutes later, still nothing. The shop isn’t busy and there are 2 vehicles being worked on. Kind of! Ridiculous wait time and a complete waste of my time. Very disappointed. Highly recommend Discount Tire!

  Just don't go to this location. Guy was straight up rude when I didnt want to buy all 4 tires after stating to me on the phone they had the 1 tire in stock I needed. Was bad mouthing manufactures while stating "You can do whatever you want to do." Then refused to sell me the tire. Clearly the location pays the employees commission since he refused to sell me one since I would not buy 4. Please save yourself the headache go to Discount. They were great to deal with!
