  Went to the Valvoline on Euclid June 6th for a basic oil change and fluid check. While I was there they tried making me buy many things for my car which is understandable it’s your job. But when they tell me my lights are out in the back, I knew there was something off because I just got them changed two weeks prior on all my lights. I tell them no just please do the oil change and the fluid check. I leave and a week or two later my whole dash is lit up like a Christmas tree. I open my hood and check everything my transmission fluid is pretty much bone dry, oil all over my engine with too much oil in my engine this could have seriously damaged my car/engine WITH ALMOST A WHOLE QUART MORE THAN THERE SHOULD EVER BE, break fluid almost gone and to top it off my windshield wiper fluid was also empty, I wouldn’t even be surprised at this point if they didn’t even change my filter, nothing that I asked for was done from what I can see and yess I checked for all leaks. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO FIND A BETTER PLACE THATS MORE RELIABLE FOR OIL CHANGES!! AND IF YOU DO GO ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK AFTER YOU LEAVE PLEASE FOR THE SAKE OF YOU AND YOUR VEHICLE!!

  Went with my sister’s car to get an oil change today and it was quick, easy service. The workers were extremely kind and amazingly personable! Dave and Ivy were brilliant! Dave made paying and choosing other services very easy and understandable, he explained everything they did in full so we’d understand and be comfortable. And Ivy worked quickly and efficiently. They seem like an excellent team and I’d highly recommend this place for understandable, quick and reliable.

  I go to Valvoline every time I get an oil change. Caleb and Jason are the people I normally see, and they so sweet. They don’t push you to get other things although they will recommend them. They are very easy to communicate with!

  Been going to this location for the last four years regularly. Recently have been reading social media post regarding vehicles getting damaged due to lack of experience or knowledge. I took it upon my self to go to another oil changing company. They proceeded to show me transmission oil, AND IT WAS PITCH BLACK. I was furious and thankful by the grace of god I decided to go elsewhere before I was the one with a messed up car. Safe to say I paid to get my transmission flushed right then and there. So disappointing that they haven’t offered or tried showing me this on my last visit.

  Amazing service! Cody and Jason were fast and friendly! Update: My car ending up not starting after they oil change was complete and they were closing in 10 minutes. The manager here and his staff helped me get my car running again which entailed them trying to reconnect my key fab, unplugging my battery, and then jumping my battery. They tried to troubleshoot the problem, then gave me advice on what I needed to fix it. Amazing service!! Thank you again!!
