One thing I really appreciated was the free inspection — they took the time to thoroughly check the vehicle and explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The service was fast, efficient, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. It’s hard to find places that combine good customer service with transparency and quality work, but they definitely delivered. I left feeling confident and taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great guys fast service done right the first time can’t ask for better than that. The bonus was my tires were 20% less then the other guys in town.

- WPWendy PhillipsMay 3, 20265.0I went to belle tire and they said they fixed the vibrating in the rear of my 2013 Subaru Outback and I asked if they test drove it after fixing she said yes. I went and picked my car up drove off and the same vibrating noise after they charged me 588.00 my husband said take it up to Tuffy. I haven't been here fifteen minutes and they said it was the heat plate. Fixed it! These guys are fantastic!! I will definitely be back if I have more issues.
- SSSnoMay 1, 20262.0Good service, Bad price. They upcharge my parts to over double the going price not including the labor. I know businesses need to make a profit, but it seems excessive. Once confronted they offered the parts $250 cheaper and admitted to overcharging on the quote with the "promise" of making it cheaper later. Check local prices first. These people will come up with a base price and fudge the number so the individual parts equal the whole price they want.
