**IF YOU ARE READING THIS, DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLES HERE** Folks- there’s a reason locals don’t bring their vehicles to Monroe/Kanrock out here in Bay City OR their location in Saginaw. STAY FAR AWAY!!! I wouldn’t trust this crew with a tire repair. I should’ve listened to the many people that told me to avoid them and of course I didn’t. Now I’m down a decent amount of money with no resolution. Be better than me and go literally ANYWHERE else. Their staff/techs/managers are extremely incompetent and will give you the run around. I’ve had a couple different “managers” reach out to me regarding my issue, all with different stories. Huge lack of communication. When you guys want to lie to me, make sure you tell your coworkers so they can go along with it, perhaps I would not have caught on. PS- that automated message that will reply to this review will also lead NO where. They do this to create a narrative that they care about their customers, they don’t! Again, go ANYWHERE else but here.

I had a flat tire and needed to get back on the road quickly. The team at this tire center was fantastic—they got me in, fixed the flat quickly, and had me back on the road in no time. Friendly, efficient, and professional service. I really appreciated their help and would definitely recommend them!
