Me and my wife took her 2020 RAV4 to labadie Toyota on 6/24/26. A day before the service on the 25th. We had an appointment to get it serviced on the 25th. We scheduled to have our brakes looked at to see if we need a new brakes. And to have the brake fluid flushed. Not when we dropped it off and The guy that came and singing me and my wife was an older gentleman. I believe his name is Steven Fitch. Me and my wife added one thing to what we want to have done was an oil change because we're going to be going on a trip. After I got out of work. Me and my wife went and picked up the RAV4. As I paid for it I started looking at the bill cuz it didn't seem right. They didn't do the oil changes why I didn't seem right. So I went back in to talk to the gentleman that waited on us to ask him why I didn't get done. He was waiting on somebody which I can understand. Buddy was talking to them for a long time when I was standing there and the salesman in front of me waited on me and went to give Steven Fitch the paperwork on my RAV4. The one gentleman that works there went to give it to Steven. My bill my paperwork. And told them I wanted to talk to him. He looked at me like he didn't have time to talk to me right now because he was busy. I would have been fine if you just said okay I'll be right with you but no he gave me a look what he was too busy to deal with me. And I was waited on first because he waited on me the day before. In a couple years ago I bought a 2019 tundra there paid $40,000 for it. So I get that vehicle service there and I get the RAV4 service there. I will no longer be going there to get either vehicle service there. Nor will I be buying any vehicles from there again.
They're ok if you need basic things done like an oil change or tire rotation, but absolute garbage if you are trying to figure out a problem you are having with your car.
I have taken my RAV4 in twice within the last month with the same symptoms of a squeaking coming from my wheels after driving for 30 minutes or so at highway speeds, that the squeaking goes away if you tap the brakes but comes back for a few seconds after you let off of them, that it is more prominate when you turn left, and that you can hear the squeaking when you back up after the car after driving for 30 minutes.
The first time they looked at my brakes and suggested that even though they look ok, we can replace both front brakes for $500 to see if the problem goes away, so I said sure.
That did not fix the problem.
I take my car back into Labadie on 6/15/26, roughly a month after the first visit and explain in addition to the aforementioned symptoms that my rear wheels are hot to the touch after driving for 30 minutes, especially my rear left wheel, and that I want this issue figured out. I even told them that I had a full tank of gas and to drive it around as much as they needed to in order to replicate the issue.
So I dropped it off thinking that they would do a deep dive into the issue and that it would take a few days to have the problem sorted out.
Nope!
I get a call a few hours later that they figured out the problem and that it was the spare tire wiggling around making the squeaking noise. I asked them how long the drove it for, and the service department said 6 miles. I told them that isn't enough time to replicate the issue and that I don't think it was a loose spare tire. They insisted that everything was ok with the car, that they could find no issues with it.
So I go to pick up my car the next day and on the drive home after 30 minutes or so, I hear the squeaking that I was told was fixed. I reverse into my driveway at 2 mph max and I hear the same squeaking.
I don't expect to hear back from their customer service team from this post because these people from Labadie don't seem to want to help me resolve this issue, which is frankly sad considering that I bought my RAV4 from them and didn't have an issue with them at all before the squeaking problem started.
TLDR: they didn't investigate my issue I was having properly, but boy were they happy to take my money and leave me hanging.

We found a vehicle online that we thought suited our needs and so, contacted Labadie Toyota to see if it was available. We spoke with Tyler Cooley, one of the sales representatives, and he let us know that it was available; so, we made plans to visit the dealership.
We met with Tyler and found him to be a serious man with an engaging personality. When we discovered that the car we came to see didn't actually suit our needs, he immediately offered alternatives. As it turned out, the first alternative was perfect for us, just what we wanted. We purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander which, after having driven for a good solid week now, is even better than the one we first came to see.
It was Tyler's non-pressured, competent and friendly professionalism that made our transaction very easy. He was also a man of his word as he made good his promises to include a couple of things we had asked for. He was NOTHING like the derogatory comment many people quote with disgust, "used-car salesman"! NOT Tyler. I would definitely buy another vehicle from him, and I would definitely buy again from Labadie. (Steve Fitch, the service writer, did a great job when we brought the car back to have them complete what Tyler had promised.)

My daughter purchased her first new car through Labadie Toyota in Bay City. She designed the car on the website with the sales representative and put a down payment on it. After 3 months of waiting, she found out that the options that she had chosen on the website were actually not even available. She had to settle for less than what she wanted. When the car was finally done, the sales price was $1,800 higher than what she was quoted (without the extra items she wanted). When Labadie was working on the financing with her, they only ran quotes from 2 lenders. We told them it didn't matter what lender it is through, as long as she can get the best rate. She has a great credit score and put a large down payment on the car, so credit score and LTV shouldn't have been an issue with getting her a better rate. The next day, I made 1 phone call to a local CU and they got her 1% lower. Now she has to refinance within the first 3 weeks of owning the car.
There has been a lack of communication (especially after the documents were signed). Since singing, I have sent 3 separate emails to the sales representative inquiring about the above, with no response. I understand they are onto the next sale, but taking care of customers should still be in their best interest, especially when referrals are an important part of their book of business. ANY communication would be appreciated, but there has been nothing. Silence.
I will NOT be promoting Labadie Toyota to anyone. They took advantage of my daughter and her inexperience in purchasing a vehicle. I don't know if they were trying to get as much out money of her as possible or if they just didn't care about doing the best for her.

Not very happy with my 2020 Ram I purchased from Chuck. This ram came with a warranty and is still under warranty. It has given me so many problems and been in the shop so many times. Including one time it was in the shop for 8 to 9 weeks. Their mechanic one time even told me that they didn't work on ram they work on toyotas. I was never told I could bring my vehicle elsewhere to get warranty work done on it. I definitely would have done so since the tech and mechanic had both said that to me. I've put some much money into this truck and this is not right at all. I have a warranty and labadie should do better. They sold me a vehicle with nothing but problems and headaches. They should have looked this vehicle over better. Shame on them for taking advantage of me as a single mom. This is not right, I buy something new and newer to make sure I'm not stuck on the side of the road, and this is all this truck does, is leave me stranded. I bought a truck with a little more miles on it and the warranty also sold me. But I purchased this vehicle to be safe in. I have a 3 year old daughter. One time I was stuck in the middle of very busy one way intersection just right before school was going to start. I don't know how many times we about got hit that morning.
I've bought a few vehicles here now over the years, I'm a loyal customer, and also a family member that used to work here, highly suggested you. Well I'm so disappointed, I really don't think I could purchase a vehicle here. Especially being sold a vehicle that has a warranty and still has so many issues. I know for a fact that all the work done on this truck has been taking care of here at labadie too. It's all on the Carfax.
This last time I bought my truck to your shop you stated that whatever is wrong with my truck isn't under warranty. Well your mechanic cross wired a bolt and left it broken in my vehicle.
I took my vehicle to a different shop and they stated that there's absolutely no way I could have done that to my vehicle and they know the mechanic just rushed to get my vehicle back together and cobbled it to be so. Causing it to end up in the shop again
I do want to say that I do appreciate Matt in the service dept. Thank you for your help in this entire process, as I'm sure he hated to have to call me or see me calling him.
