  I bought a 2024 Toyota Sienna with 21,000 miles in March 2026. I was told that everything was in working order and that the vehicle had passed inspection. I’ll take responsibility for not checking the A/C more thoroughly during the test drive since the weather was cooler that day. However, the following week, when temperatures warmed up, I discovered the A/C did not work. Thankfully, the issue turned out to be a leak that was covered under warranty. Now, just 4,000 miles later, I took the vehicle in for its first oil change since purchasing it and was told it needs new rear brakes and rotors. A repair costing me more than $700 out of pocket. I understand that buying a used vehicle comes with some risk and that brakes are wear items, but needing both rear brakes and rotors after only 4,000 miles makes me question how thoroughly this vehicle was inspected before it was sold. Between the A/C issue immediately after purchase and now the brakes and rotors, this has been a very disappointing experience. When you purchase a relatively new vehicle with only 21,000 miles and are told it has been inspected and everything is working properly, you expect more confidence in what you're buying. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience.

  My experience with Labadie has been more than excellent. I called looking for a 2026 Toyota Corolla hybrid and was only expecting a FWD model. However, Alex Henderson informed me they had an AWD one arriving within the week. I did not care about the color or luxuries I was only worried about fuel mileage. Alex was able to get everything organized and in order for me with the best possible APR. The process was speedy and efficient, all I had to do was show up and sign some paperwork. Less than 30 minutes I was driving my brand new Corolla. I have had it less than a week and have already put over 500 miles on it. 14mpg to 45mpg is a game changer.   I had an appointment time, arrived on time and the service team was waiting for me. This was just a 5000 mile check up and tire rotation. The job was finished in about 20 minutes. The advisor came and explained the results to me and out the door we went. That is how service should be! Excellent job guys!

  We purchased a new vehicle from this dealership in 2025. We worked with James Alarie, and he was fantastic. He was informative, helpful, and very communicative through the whole process. He walked us through our options and looked for the best ways to get us what we wanted. We never felt pressured or oversold. Toyota is a great product and James was awesome. We worked with Kyle for the final paperwork processing and he was also great. We had such a wonderful experience that we came back to Toyota (James!) when we needed to replace a second vehicle. He was exceptional again---helpful (and patient) for a second time. I recommend this team to everyone. Toyota makes great vehicles and the team (James Alarie and Kyle) at Labadie in Bay City are top notch.
