  James helped me with purchase of a 2026 4Runner. He was very well versed in all of the car features. I've researched this vehicle for months and learned a lot about features I had not discovered in my search process. The process was very smooth and the interactions with their Finance Group and GM was very good as well. Second car I've purchased from Labadie. 6th car when including my wife and daughters cars.

  Late Monday night, I inquired online about an advertisement at Labadie Toyota in Bay City about a 2026 Camry AWD car. Patty Alderton called me the next morning to talk about the car and answer all of my questions and concerns about the car and by 4:00 PM in the afternoon, I had a new 2026 Toyota Camry AWD vehicle sitting in my driveway in Grand Rapids. AMAZING! She was easy to work with, determined and professional all the way through the sales process. Thanks for your great work Patty.

  I bought my Subaru Forester here a little over a year ago and that went very well. They were very courteous and helpful and they made sure I had everything I needed. I've had a few oil changes here as well and they were just as courteous as the first time, they made sure everything was checked and running well. I have dealt with other dealerships in the past and I definitely can tell the difference, it has been a happier experience by far. If you're looking for a new vehicle or one that's a little used, you should check these guys out.

  I believe that Labadie Toyota is a great place to buy a used car. I have only great things to say about their service and helping me make sure that I got a quality vehicle at a fair price. CJ showed us the trucks that we asked about and took time for us. Cody, the pre-owned sales manager, made sure that I was satisfied with all that took place and that the truck I bought was in superb condition. I will definitely recommend Labadie Toyota to others.

  I contacted the dealership while shopping for a Camry and requested an itemized out the door price quote three separate times. Unfortunately, I never received the requested quote or a response addressing it. Since having a clear, itemized OTD price was important to us, we ultimately purchased from another dealership. I can't speak to the experience of purchasing a vehicle here, but my experience during the shopping process was disappointing.
